this is not good place to work the people in the store are so bad now they are now friendly specially philip store leader he super not friendly to the workers and the people to shop i like to say to this not a very good store now.

So I came back in here today and I had a way better experience. I ended up ordering five counter stools and a kitchen table. Everyone was super helpful and they applied all the discount codes that I could have gotten online so the price very good. Also, they even helped me put my things in my car. I like this store so much more now.

I just shopped at Pier One Imports on W. Grey and it was an awesome experience. Jason the associate who helped me was outstanding. Thank you Jason, you rock!!!

Love, love, love! The staff here is so helpful! I’ve been a couple times in the past 2 weeks looking for things for my house and they have been so helpful.
My favorite scents are cilantro something (green candle) and island orchard. I bought lavender for our bedroom so we could relax before bed but it smells more like a snicker doodle cookie. Lol.
Plenty of parking and great hours!

The employees are extremely helpful. They have decorations galore so be prepared to spend some time in the store finding the perfect knacks for your home.

I love the mugs and salt and pepper shakers here! Everything is so cute. Why didn’t I find this place sooner? This is a great place to buy gifts for friends and for yourself.

Small store, selection is limited at best. Staff are fairly friendly, but seem to lack knowledge of their merchandise. I was recommended to walk around the store since the things I was looking for was spreadout in the store.
I went in to buy a patio chair and was recommended to buy a cushion with it (good point). I asked the sales person what the measurement of the cushion is just in case I already had one at home, and his response was «square.»
Loved the chair I bought, skipped on the cushion. Turns out, I have a lot of «square» cushion at home that would work with the chair.

I’ve stopped in here time to time to purchase a number of small items for my apartment. They have great frangrances in their candles and rooms sprays so I always check that out. My last trip, there were some really good looking throw pillows marked down. I think their prices can be a bit high for the quality, but I love checking out the sale and clearance area.

Out with the old and in with the new… I needed some coffee tables, and I needed them bad. I looked… and looked… and looked… I just could NOT find what I was looking for to go with my modern, yet trendy style. Everything I found weighed 10,000 lbs and looked my parents would own it (no offense ‘rents) On my last stop of the weekend, I remembered I had a 20% off coupon at Pier one, and thought, why not? I stopped in the West Gray Pier One, and as soon as I walked in I spotted the Perfect coffee and in tables. They were on sale (score!) and they had me out in door in less than 20 minutes. They even loaded them in my car for me. Pier One carries a ton of different furniture (bedroom, bathroom, living room) with the cutest shelf fillers, candles GALORE, art, picture frames, sculptures, do dads, wine glasses, plates, outdoor lighting, napkin holders, and everything else you want for your house. The stuff is quality, and everything I have gotten from there has lasted me a long time. Good stuff, quality prices, and great service!
