This place is a joke! I have read the reviews and thought twice but I wanted to give them a shot and try a new place instead of Papa Johns. I called them and was immediately placed on hold and waited for about 5 minutes, that was fine I figured it is Saturday night. Then the girl who answered the phone asks if it’s delivery or carryout and I say it is for delivery. Then she asks for my address and I tell it to her… She then asked for it again, I repeated myself figuring maybe she did not hear me the first time… Then she asked for it again and did not even get all the numbers from the first two times I stated it. This went on for about 12 attempts and she still did not even get down half the street name… I had enough at that point and hung up, I mean for crying out loud one of the main questions you ask for a delivery order in the pizza business and you are too incompetent to even complete that simple task. Customer service is horrendous and I will not be calling them ever again! I then called Papa Johns and they were having a special, Large 5-topping pizza for $ 9.99, they were professional, polite, and understood my order. I guess I will stick with what works, oh well. Stay away from Pizza Fino’s!

First and last time we will ever order from here. Ordered Taco pizza it’s advertised as beef, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, jalapeño and sour cream. There was no sauce I mean none the beef was grainy like soy protein and there were exactly 3 mini meatball size pieces on a slice. The crust was both burned on the bottom center and raw in the middle. Plenty of jalapeño peppers, however the sour cream was either spoiled or they put feta cheese on it. Also it was stone cold congealed when it arrived. Very disappointing.

Deceptive practices. I placed an order online for $ 18.80 and received a bill for over $ 20. Restaurant claimed there were additional fees that were not on the invoice — an online service fee — this is on top of taxes and the delivery fee that were in the invoice. Restaurant said they didn’t control the online system and it isn’t their fault. Cute. I guess there’s a malevolent force on the internet that has hijacked Pizza Fino’s online ordering system and is applying extra fees without Pizza Fino’s cooperation, input, or permission and Pizza Fino has elected not to do anything about it. It’s a shame they behave like this because the pizza is pretty damn good. Is it only $ 1.50 plus tax? Yes. Is it ethical? No. Should I have to spend 10 minutes on the phone to get a measly $ 1.50 back? No. Did I? Yes. Should people be letting this place rip them off? No.

I’m really surprised this place only has 2 stars; I think the pizza here is amazing, and they’ve always had reasonably fast delivery. It’s always very cheesy, and has the hallmark of amazing pizza — it still tastes amazing the next day! Their desserts are wonderful, too, and I consider it a treat to get their takeout!

I call them back and they said they can send new sub but not fries cause nothing was wrong with them other then they would be cold when new sub arrived(seriously??) very rude customer service on top of that would not recommend this place to my worst enemy

So, I think their food is tasty, their prices are reasonable and their delivery is fast enough. But, last time I ordered from them I paid for the large version salad and they sent the side size. I thought it was kind of skimpy and just resolved never to order the full size salad from them. A few days later, a friend got take out from the same location and the large salad was 2 – 3 times the size of the one I had gotten before. They’re okay, but I’m pretty annoyed about being ripped off like that.

Horrible. I came here with my family and ordered a chicken parmesana and it wasn’t even crusted. It was a grilled chicken breast just covered in sauce and marinara. I’ve had their pizza and it was good so I assumed their pasta was good. I was definitely wrong. Their spaghetti was really over cooked and my husband’s lasagna was cold in the middle and he had to ask them to warm it up. I will never come here again. When I told the lady at the front that their chicken wasn’t what I thought it to be she just said well we just use grilled chicken breast. I’m going to make sure I tell my friends to never go there if they want a good meal.

Delivery was fast… That’s about it. We may have ordered the«wrong» thing to order since it wasn’t pizza but it was inedible to me. Maybe I’ll try the pizza next time.

We had gotten a menu on the door so decided to give it a try instead of our usual Napoli. Called once, waited on hold for about 10 minutes. Finally someone answered, started to talk then hung up. So I called again, waited around for another 15 minutes on hold. So we hung and called Napoli. Answered right away, quick friendly service and delivered on time. Pizza Fino you have to step up your phone service

I am extremely unhappy with my order! The suicidal wings weren’t even spicy. The chicken was undercooked still pink on the inside and cold. I ordered a second order of wings and there was a hair in it. The fried mushrooms taste like they were cooked I old grease. The outer crust was really dark brown but inside tasted like water. I paid 40 dollars and tipped driver five dollars. I can’t believe they would serve food like this to the customers. I called back twice, the first time I was hung up on. The second time, I received an automated message stating they were closed! How convenient. Perhaps my call wasn’t answered because they knew the food was bad? Thank you Pizza Fino in Copperfield for making a horrible meal and making my family sick!

This is by far the best pizza around. I don’t really like pizza, but I will eat a gourmet pizza. We get the Greek pizza and it is delish. I love their buffalo shrimp, always need more sauce. We usually order to be delivered but we went in to eat, they have a few small tables. Nothing fancy. Would of been nice to have a bit of table décor. Their bathroom is unisex. The place was clean. They made a mistake making my daughters pizza and they were quickly to correct it. I had the ravioli and it was very good. Honey of course ordered pepperoni and ate the entire large pizza. Finos is never disappointing.

Day after xMas and ordered for delivery for my nieces and nephew. Have you ever ordered a Honda and they give you a Toyota? What about ordering a watch and they decide to give you a purse? Since when do restaurants decide to arbitrarily change your order. When I noticed what was delivered was different than what I ordered, I refused to take it. The drivers take or leave it attitude did not help matters. Unfortunately, this random first experience will be my last. There are many other Italian and Pizza places around. To the Pizza Fino management, I’m sure you guys are well-meaning people. Could you please upgrade the quality of your drivers in terms of their attitudes and customer service. And please simply deliver what I or any other customer orders on the menu, not your arbitrary choices.

Don’t order from them. I’m 51 and ordered a large deluxe pizza and a small pepperoni pizza for my grandkids. The lady on the phone said it would be here in 45 minutes but it was 70, but hey that happens, right? Then the order was wrong, and when I called back she inferred I was a liar(but used the word«hon» while she did this). The other 4 adults in the room who heard me order were dumbfounded by her attitude. Never order again…

So the other day I was having one of those Bruno Mars lazy days. I just wanted to lay around and distress, then my stomach started grumbling. I wanted a Caesar salad but I didn’t want to get up and drive to the nearest restaurant to get one and then I remembered. Pizza Fino delivers. Granted I have never frequented their establishment, but the pictures on the flyer wedged between my door looked tantalizing so I thought… WHYNOT! When I called and placed the order, I had no idea that I had to spend nearly 15 bucks, but again, it was a slothful day so I contemplated within myself yet again… WHYNOT! I order the fried shrimp, chicken caesar salad and a cookie. 45 minutes and 27 gut wrenching hunger pain seconds later, my food arrived. I could barely keep my hands steady while I tore open the bag and delved in. First starting with the shrimp. I took a bite and my taste buds were filled with the oily sensation of bland, tasteless grease! I immediately pushed the shrimp aside and went on to the salad, surely a simple chicken ceasar salad would satisfy my palette. I took a bite and instantly was turned off by the greasy«grilled» chicken. I turned my lip up in utter disgust! Oh the tyranny! The sure madness! I was was horrified by the nauseating, salved, and flavorless monstrosity that sat before me. How in the world can a «grilled» chicken salad be GREASY! Did they pour the entire bottle of Crisco on the chicken or what? Completely annoyed, hungry, and unsatisfied, I flinched as I cautiously took a bite of the cookie. It was tasty. At the rate they were going I thought for sure it would be dripping with oil as well. My complete overview of Pizza Fino is DISGUSTING! The worse food I have ever tasted. If McDonalds, home of the clogged artery, can make a chicken salad that is delicious, I am confused as to why they can’t. Please save your time, money, and heart… DON’T ORDERFROMPIZZAFINO.

Edited to add 12⁄2012: Sadly, the Burned Mayonaisse Sub Sandwich is no more. Pizza Fino closed its doors on December 1st, and the world is a better place because of this. Try the Burned Mayonaisse Submarine Sandwich! This place recently dropped the price of all footlongsubmarine sandwiches to 5 bucks and have advertised the reduction heavily. I sampled the Ham and Roast Beef Sub on a takeout order. I wish I’d taken a picture of the sandwich, I’m not sure words can do it justice: The sandwich roll was toasted but noticeably burned completely black on both ends. There were two small wafer thin slices of ham on one side, and two slice of roast beefs on the other. In between were some onions and about ¾ cup of mayonaisse. No lettuce, no italian spices, no vinigrette or vinegar, no peppers, just… mayonanisse. I threw away half of it. I don’t know how the pizza tastes, but the sandwich I had was awful.
