We went to get a photo in the photo booth, something we have done before school starts for the last ten years. Machine all run slow, almost everything costs 2 coins now. Floors dirty, changing table in the men’s room blocks both stalls so super awkward to change my daughters diaper with people trying to get out of the toilets. My daughter lost tickets in the ticket muncher because it malfunctioned. Manager tri do to make it right but no telling how many she lost before we noticed. The youngish staff didn’t know much when I asked questions about the food, soda machine sticky and nasty. Now that the games are multiple coins, we won’t be back until next summer, cheap games were the main reason we stuck with chuck e. Cheese.

I used to bring my older kids here when they were small, and this place was reliably mediocre back then. Unfortunately, things have apparently gone downhill since then. I brought my youngest here a week ago, and found the place fell short of my not-so-high expectations. No one was available to take our order when we arrived, so we were left standing at the counter for several minutes. The food took a long time to arrive at our table, not sure why since it didn’t appear to be busy at all. I had iced tea, which was gross and didn’t taste like tea. Seriously, I don’t know what that was, but gross. I had to dump it. I only had a bite of the pizza. Not great, but my kid liked it. The most annoying thing was the fact that several games were not working. Maybe I’m remembering things incorrectly, but when I brought my older kids here back in the day, things worked. Anyway, my kid liked it, but she’s four and likes everything. Next time I want to feed her junk and let her tire herself out, we’ll go elsewhere.

don’t ask me why but I think Chuck E Cheese has the best pizza!!! so why the 2 stars? #1 they don’t serve beer… all those kids and no beer? smh #2 more than half of the tables in the place had a reserved sign on them. There were no open tables for ppl there just to bring their kids. We finally just picked a «reserved» table and made it ours.(no one even noticed) More tables please! we aren’t all there for bday parties

I have been taking my niece here before she turned one and she’s been back quite a lot. She loves it here and never gets bored of the same games. The only thing I do not like is the dirtiness is one of the rides, the running one. You had to hold the silver bars to run and when I touched it, it was the most disgusting thing ever. I just left the game while it was still on and went to wash my hands. Really hope whoever uses it washes their hands before they start eating their pizza! Another thing is you can never find an attendant to help you with anything. Seems like they’re all in the back hiding. What if some parents/kids walk out without getting their arm number checked? Safe then sorry. Be attentive! And the one girl with the highlights who work on Sundays never greet you. She doesn’t say«hi welcome to cec» not like I care, but still this is a kid environment, make kids feel welcome! When we left, she didn’t say anything either. Rude. Next time I will get your name. Need to improve on: CLEANLINESS FIXBROKENMACHINES ATTENTIVEEMPLOYEES(on ground and around) BETTERPRIZES/TOYS

I use to really love taking the kids to this place, but it seems it’s going more and more down. To make matters worst is that it’s actually been updated with new equipment. Problem is the staff isn’t on point. No matter how you put in your order, it’s going to come out the way they are accustomed to doing it. Don’t order the wings. They are never cooked well enough. The come out border line done. Despite telling the order taker at the counter I want them extra extra crispy they still came out soft and mushy. We took them back to the kitchen to run them back through, and yet and still mushy and gross. Never had this problem at other locations. Now for the place itself. Upon entering the first thing you smell is wet carpet. Seems they have updated the equipment but failed to replace the carpet that thousands of kids run and play on everyday. The entire place smells like old wet carpet. Although the kids did have fun, as kids would anyway, this location doesn’t seem to take care of the actual establishment too well. So I’m doubting it’s wiped down thoroughly. Also as far as care for the kids. I believe there should be staff members on the playing floor just to supervise what is going on with all the kids. It’s shameful that so many parents would let their kids run a muck with no supervision, but if someone got hurt, it’s going to be the establishments blame. So to see other kids hanging and jumping off equipment as well as climbing on the outside of equipment is concerning. With no staff around to control issues like this, they leave it up to the parents and other parents to keep watch of the playing. this… is a no no. Oh, and we were there during the week day when it wasn’t very packed, No excuse for this lack of service. I recommend you go a another location. I’ve consistently seen this lately at this location.

DONOT book your child’s party here! In addition to my final bill not being correct — we were over charged but i failed to notice as we were checking out(i just wanted to get out of there) — but our hostess was extremely incompetent — they had our guest count wrong, kicked us out of our table before it was time to go, forgot the goodie bags. The only good thing i can say is that the kids didn’t notice — they had a great time — but if you want peace of mind, go somewhere else.

This Check E Cheese feels a little cramped, and the games could use a little TLC. This place needs a makeover, but your little ones will still enjoy themselves none the less.

I’m not what you call a religious man, but if there is a hell, I’m sure parts of it resemble Chuck E Cheese. I come here and another location for my nephews’ or niece’s birthdays and truth be told the kids do have fun, but kids are kind of dumb so they buy into the whole marketing and don’t care that the token they put in the machine only lasts for 20 seconds or so. I used to be young once and go to the arcade in the mall where my quarters would last depending on how good I was on the games, but at Chuck E’s, the games are rigged to last less than a minute and give you a few tickets. My biggest beef with C-E-C however is this whole«where a kid can be a kid» business. What about all the aunts, uncles, grandparents, neighbors and others who come to this place?!? There is really nothing for them after the cake cutting except to either chase their family kid around or listen to other people’s screaming kids for 2 hours. I guess the only good thing is that they put a token salad bar here but come on, grownups shouldn’t have to eat pizza or old salad as their only choices. Mix in a grilled chicken in there. I’m not saying turn the place into a sports bar, but maybe put a couple of TV’s with the football games on TV or something grownup so while the kids are«being kids», grownups can keep their sanity. There. That piece of advice is on me. No charge.

I remember when this Chuck E Cheese first opened. I was in teen and everyone at my high school way vying for a «fun» job here.(Uh, I wasn’t one of them.) However, over the years I have spent quite a few b-days and lazy afternoons here entertaining my niece and nephew. Adorable story: There’s this«photo booth ride» that my eldest niece and nephew each snapped a photo on as tots, and today, my other baby niece and nephew did so on the same ride. Cute. Cute. Cute. So what’s to know about this location? Here’s my cheat sheet: –It’s relatively empty on weekdays, primarily before 4pm. –It’s freakin’ clean and cold to kill all those germies. –No beer(I believe all Texas locations don’t offer beer). –Staff is really friendly. They’re always running around passing out free tokens and tickets. –There’s a Party City right behind it where you can purchase and bring in balloons and other knickknacks.

What do ya know, I’m reviewing a Chuck E Cheese! This is what my life has come to. Anyway, this place is pretty cool. I will admit I never have given olé Chuck E any credit. I never visited it when I was in Cali, but here I find myself limited in the toddler outings. So, in comes Chuck. It’s super affordable, all games are one token and one token only. You can get a decent snack for a fair price, and the whole redeeming tickets for weird little prices is always a hit. I recently went pretty early so the employees didn’t really have it «together» yet. To make up for it, they got Chuck to come out and were throwing free tickets all over the place. The people who work here are exceptionally nice which always makes an experience more pleasant and welcoming. They open early as heck too, which is great for the teeny early risers that are bouncing off the walls by 9 a.m.
