I ordered a pizza yesterday at 7:30PM I don’t get my pizza 9 o’clock p.m. It’s took so long I was at bingo waiting on my food and when I received it. It was very very very very disgusting. It was cold old that you have to squeeze it with your hand to break it The crust and the pizza crumbled in my hand. I was nice enough to give her a $ 10 tip And I The driver had the nerve not to give me napkins or cups for soda I ordered. So I have to stop in between my game get up and take the food back to them and when I showed it to the manager she told me it was the ingredients that made the Pizza Hard I was so furious I have to calm myself down. In there with two customers in the store he said ma’am the pizza is owed and Amanda say no is the ingredient that’s what it is it may look like that and make it hard it doesn’t he canceled his order. I would never order from that place ever again. In the hot wings web Berry very disgusting it like it had feathers on it still.

Very Bad customer service, ordered online with 2 medium pizza, total should be only $ 15. They charged extra $ 3 delivery, and totally should be $ 18.34 on my credit card. I paid extra $ 3 cash as tips and made the credit card total as $ 21. So there are total of $ 9 tips with delivery fees. However, they charged my credit card for $ 29, and called the manager. They said my $ 21 looks like $ 29. I said I wrote $ 21, not $ 29, but they said no way they can credit it. I said it is not way I would tip that high. It doesn’t make sense. He said«I know you don’t tip well, but it is Holiday season». Very bad attitude and insulting. Not really helping. I WOULDNEVERGOTHEREAGAIN!!!

Normally good food but the pizza was awful and cold and the they forgot my drinks. The only reason I’m giving them 2 stars is because the driver apologized and ran back to the store to get the drinks.

Online order didn’t show an ETA for delivery(or at least I didn’t see it) until I placed the order. When I saw that it would take at least an hour and 30 minutes to arrive, I called the location to cancel. The person who answered was very rude. When I gave him the info to cancel the order, he gave me a snarky«Fine. I’ll cancel it,» and hung up. His tone was that of one you’d expect of a teenage brat with an attitude problem. Should’ve checked here on Unilocal first. Turns out, bad customer service and cold pizza is their norm. At least I was able to cancel before paying for nothing worth the time or money.

I’m sad because this drizzle of sauce on my 8 piece bone out honey bbq wings just isn’t what I dreamed of. I called the location and was told they had a set amount of sauce to uses every time, and recently people had been let go for for over-saucing. I want those employees back. #drywings The delivery guy was sweet though and i felt bad because it was raining. His name wasn’t on the receipt but shout out to him. Also I had a slice of my brothers pizza and it was tasty so they got that right. Only sad about that sauce.

This location is consistently stingy on cheese and toppings(5+ orders). We’ve tried ordering light sauce to adjust the proportions, but they also gave us less cheese. I understand trying to reduce costs, but bare spots are unacceptable. Ordering a double of the same topping is a waste of time and money because they ignore it. They also messed up an order that consisted only of ONE large pepperoni pizza, which I assume is the most popular combination in the history of pizza.

carryout for this location is the only way to go im really happy to have been attended by Robbie at the drive thru. im writing this review especially for him, he really made this order the best part I love love love great customer service and he defined that in one visit with his great smile and attitude. so thanks again :)

Drive thru was easy especially since I ordered on the way to pick it up. Clean dining area and love the staff. I definitely would try to eat in. I have always loved Pizza Hut and the crust and now they have options. I enjoyed it. Come and check them out by dining in and or order ahead and pick up. Only downside is getting out of the location. That’s the tricky part.

Delivery was made within 30−40min but it wasn’t hot at all. As for taste. It made lacking sound good. No sauce that I could see or taste. Basically lightly cheesed bread with decoratively placed pepperoni and jalapeños. I would of been happier making a dollar frozen kroger pizza in my office in half the time for 1⁄20th the cost. Never ordering here again.

I would give no stars but the service was good. That’s all I can say good about it. My pizza crust was paper thin and floppy and undercooked. They sent new ones and they, too, were overly thin and floppy. I’ve never felt like I should have to eat my pizza with a fork before. I won’t eat here again.

Overall pretty good for a Pizza Hut. Although, they didn’t honor my free pizza to replace the one they got wrong. Also I wish pizza hut would offer some more updated types of toppings. Update: I went in to get my pizza and they did not put the extras on it. Luckily this time I checked it before I got it home. Now I’m sitting here waiting for them to correct the order. Generally, the service here is very friendly, but the kitchen needs some work on getting orders right.

I’m not typically a Pizza Hut fan but we wanted pasta and needed enough to feed 7 people and didn’t want to pay high prices. We got two orders of the marinera pasta which comes with 5 breadsticks per order. When it arrived they only have us one order of the breadsticks. I called and the woman, Kat(sp?) told me she would send out my order. I called back because the two orders didn’t appear to be enough food and she said she had already sent out another order of pasta for our trouble. Very excellent way to handle a customer complaint! And the pasta was surprisingly good! I went to an Italian restaurant recently who’s pasta wasn’t this good so I was pleasantly impressed!

This Pizza Hut sucks!!! Very poor service! 1 hour goes by… no pizza. I called to find out where the pizza was… they said they never received my order. I gave out my address and card number. The teenager who took my call seemed like she did not a give crap and offered zero resolution. DONOTORDER from this place. The poor service is a reflection on you Tim(manager)…you are doing a horrible job in training your people. I ended up ordering from Fox’s Pizza… much better service and way better pizza. Usually their service is really slow. Good food but I think its all about customer service too. One day I ordered pizza and they told me it would take 15mins. Got their 15mins later and went thur their drive thur, once I gave them my order name they realized they already have gaven the wrong pizza out already. They apologized and said if I can park and come in and wait since they were re-making the order. Im pretty patience and said that was fine. I Waited inside for about 20mins and I asked the girl if my order was done she said in one min. I was like finally, but 10 mins later she asked what did I order… So basically had to go thur the process all over again! Then she accidently charged my card twice. Total time waiting 55mins. Wow im pretty forgiving but this really pushed me to edge. Sorry pizza hut!

This place has decent customer service. I have never seen this place really packed, but with this type of eatery, considering it is a specialty chain eatery, I expect nothing less. Considering it is a chain eatery, I never get a wild taste extravaganza going! I wish the place had a pizza and wing buffet to give it variety, but alas! Nothing truly special to make it stand apart from any other location.

Having recently moved to the Katy area and while working through the weekend I decided to order pizzas for the guys and we could continue on working. The first indication that this was going to spiral downward was that there was no Pizzeria’s in the area expect the big chains. But everyone was hungry and they as a whole elected to go with Pizza Hut. I had my misgivings. We should of ran as fast as we could in the other direction, because that is how fast we ran to the bathroom after digesting this miserable meal. Everyone had immediate gastro pangs of queasiness that left everyone reeling. My recommendation is to steer clear of this place and run as fast as you can in the other direction.
