Horrible. I waited about an hour for them to call and tell me it would be another hour. Thank you for that. Last time I use this Pizza Hut. Update: they still delivered the pizza after I cancelled because it was going to take too long. It’s 1:45pm and I ordered at 11:47. Two hours late.

Pizza Hut always has good pizza. Not a whole lot of problems there. If you order extra cheese, you can forget about getting your extra cheese. You’ll pay for it of course but you’ll never see it. Ordered on line several times. Not until you bite into it will you notice the discrepancy. Otherwise they would have gotten a higher rating… oh, and don’t forget, you’ll have to pay extra now for Parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper… How cheap can you get!!!

Terrible customer service. So I didn’t get an item I paid for. First time I called I spent 25 minutes on hold & being transferred. Told I would have to talk to manager about redelivery only to be transferred to a call center who then transferred me back to the store who then promised to put the item on the next delivery out of store. Well I waited and nothing. Called back after awhile and This time was on hold 15 minutes. Explained my issue and they told me they could have the store call me back. But I know how that goes so I asked reluctantly to be transferred again. On hold about another 10 minutes when I was kicked to voicemail. Called back AGAIN. On hold AGAIN. About another 20 minutes when someone came on finally. I started explaining AGAIN my problem only to find out it’s a call center AGAIN. They apologized and said they would have the store manager call. I reluctantly agreed to this because of my earlier call experience. GUESSWHAT?!? They never called back and I never got something I paid for. This was the first time in years I’d tried ordering from Pizza Hut. Too many pizza places in the area to make that mistake again. Football game on, in the middle of unpacking from a move and I had to deal with this most of the night. Ridiculous! Food was pretty good but if you order pray there isn’t a mistake.

Horrible customer service. Not ordering here anymore. They didn’t give me my 2 liter that I ordered. So I called and got transferred to the manager. She put me on hold then hung up on me. I called back and they said I didn’t have an order associated with my phone number. Terrible

This store is disgusting on the inside and provides some of the worst service I have ever encountered. We ordered four pizzas last Friday night(02/05/2015). They arrived cold, stale, and very poorly made. I actually called their customer service line, and 40 minutes later was put on the line with a sullen young woman who claimed to be a manager. To make a long story short, I took the pizzas back. I wish I hadn’t. Thats how filthy this place is. This resteraunt does not deserve our business. It needs to be shut down. The delivery driver was the only one working who looked clean enough to handle food. He took my name and number and assured me that the gm would be getting in touch with me, but sadly that never happened.

The Pizza Hut on Bay Area Webster, TX has the WORST service. I walked into the store at approx. 7:20 pm to pick up my carry out order I placed at 6:49p. When I walked into the store I noticed the cashier named, Valerie, was having computer issues. While the employees were trying to resolve the computer problems that took them about five minutes, I noticed one of the employees pull from the pizza warmer what looked like my order to the back. When the computer started to operate again and it was my turn in line to pay for my carry out, Valerie walked to the pizza warmer, didn’t find my pizza and told me my pizza wasn’t ready. I stood off to the side after paying for my order. I noticed my receipt said my order was supposed to be ready at 7:04 pm and I waited until Valerie was done with the other customers who were behind me to point that information out to her. After waiting another ten minutes, I finally told her about the other employee taking what looked to be my order to the back. Valerie walked to where I pointed and came back with the exact boxes I noticed the other employee carried there. I asked Valerie where did she grab these boxes from and her reply was, «From the cutting table,» implying the pizza was right out of the oven. I didn’t press any further and just left. It was when I got home less than 10 minutes later were my suspicions confirmed and the boxes I saw the other employee carry to the back were the same ones Valerie grabbed because my two medium pizzas with a cookie cake were COLD. My pizza was sitting on a table in the back not under a heat lamp or anything of the sort and was just left there to get cold. I called the corporate number to file the complaint and the operated I talked to was being snide with me. Then, the operator tried to explain to me that the boxes I saw taken to the back wasn’t mine and the pizza I received was right out of the oven since it was taken off the cutting table. I tried to convey to her why the pizza I saw taken to the back was the same pizza Valerie gave me was my pizza since it was cold. After a back and forth heated conversation with the operator, she said she would send a message to her manager to call me back within a few minutes to address my issue. Before I hung up, I reiterated to the operator that the manager would be calling me back within a few minutes and she confirmed it. I thought it was weird the operator never asked for my phone number to give to her manager, but just assumed they had caller ID. I called at thefirst operator at 7:55 pm and waited until 9:03 pm to call the corporate number again assuming the operator didn’t send a message to her manager since she never asked for my number. When I called again an hour later, I asked to be redirected straight to their manager. When the manager finally answered, she was having a conversation with someone who was with her so I paused and waited until she was done with her conversation. Why answer a phone call if you’re having a conversation with another person? After finally getting the manager’s attention, I told her about my experience at the Bay Area Pizza Hut location and how my conversation with the operator went. The manager was no help at all and ended up redirecting me to the Bay Area store manager. Turns out, Valerie was the manager! I confronted Valerie about her misleading words and tried to explain to her how I concluded where my pizza actually was and how it ended up there and cold. In Valerie’s words, «the pizza was KINDA warm» when she handed it to me after giving me all these excuses as to why my pizza was there and then implying I lied about my pizza being cold. None of Valerie’s excuses explained why my pizza was where it was and made no sense as to why I ended up with COLD pizzas. The entire conversation I had with Valerie was with an attitude from her end. I was constantly being interrupted with Valerie asking, «Do you want store credit or a new pizza?» every minute when trying to explain how I concluded what actually happened to my pizza. Valerie asked if I had already eaten my pizza and I replied that I did. Valerie then told me since I already ate my pizza then all she could offer me was store credit or my order redelivered. I asked her was that her store policy and she said it was. So I challenged her on that and said if I called the corporate number they would tell me the same thing she just said. I knew it wasn’t true because I’ve had issues at one other location and they were able to refund me with no issues. After being challenged, Valerie said she would call the actual store manager to see about my refund since she had no privilege to do so. I kept getting lied to by Valerie and she kept getting caught in her lies. While she was talking with her store manager on another phone, I could HEAR her end of the conversation but SHEDIDN’T KNOWTHAT. So I heard when Valerie told a false story to her store manager and called me rude among other things. *SMH*

Ordered 3 pizzas, received 2 pizzas and an empty box! We call them, are transferred twice before we finally reach a manager who says he’ll call us right back. 15 – 20 minutes later,(surprise, surprise) no call back. Call again, transferred twice again, and are placed on hold for a good, full 5 minutes, before we give up and drive up there for a refund. The pizzas that we did receive were mediocre, not hot, not terribly cold, just… meh.

Ordered pizzas for dinner at 8:20, we live on El Dorado and the location is on Bay Area about 5 minutes away. The estimated time was 30 minutes(it said it was going to arrive at 8:51.) I called the location at 9:20 wondering where my pizza was because it took over 30 minutes passed the estimated time to get here. The person on the phone wasn’t so helpful and just told me wait to see if they could locate our piZza. And said it would arrive shortly. 10 minutes later(9:30pm) we finally got our pizzas and it wasn’t even hot it was almost cold. I’m so disappointed in their service and I will never order from this location or Pizza Hut in general ever again.

Pizza wasn’t delivered for over 2 hours. We called after an hour to cancel and they said that the pizza was on the way. What a crock. Do not order pizza from this poorly ran business. We wanted to cancel the order out of principal, but we were hungry so we waited it out…

*sigh* I’m thinking we must be like Homer Simpson getting hit in the head and still coming back for more… we keep ordering from here and we keep getting meh pizza. D’oh! We were both being lazy didn’t want to cook so we decided to order the Big Box; which is two medium pizzas, wings and bread sticks. Woo hoo. Lots of food for leftovers. Cold pizza for breakfast isn’t just for college kids! We didn’t have to wait for breakfast for the food to be cold. It was cold when we got it. Ok, it wasn’t ICE cold, but it wasn’t piping hot either. Definitely meh. I was disappointed when I ordered because the pizzas only come in pan version which is my least favorite type of crust, but hot buttery pan pizza is decent. Lukewarm greasy pan pizza not so much. Sadly this is the norm. Hopefully writing this review will remind me and I don’t get hit in the head again a la Homer Simpson. D’oh!
