I order carry out from this location probably once a week. Usually come by at least 15 minutes later than the predicted order time and pick up without any issues. The last two weeks however have been a test of patience. Two weeks ago the waiting area inside was jam packed with unhappy customers, ranging with issues involving missing pizza, wrong pizza and not meeting the predicted pick up time. I fell into the wrong pizza category. They apologized and gave me some sort of discount for my inconvience. Ok, it happens. Today I arrived in the parking lot and saw the amount of people waiting almost coming out of the shop. So I wait for it to clear out a little and end up going in 30 minutes after the predicted time. This time my pizza has gone missing and am told it would be approximately another 8 minutes to remake and they would take off 15% from the price. At least my chicken wings were ready… This part is probably my fault, I leave the container of wings on the counter and step outside to do this review. Come back in and my wings have disappeared. The person at the counter gives me a container curiously pulls off the reciept, I open it and its different wings. He pulls another container out, pulls off the reciept and voila, I get the correct flavor. So later tonight someones going to be missing their wings. From the back of the kitchen I hear«If you mess up another order…» Probably the last time I order from this location for a while.

Their call center are morons. Asked for my ph# as they have them all on record and when I said my name they said really this is not name in record. Really have owned this # since 1997. Anyways their call center is a bunch of halfwits. I quit doing business with them.
