Pizza Hut

It’s really sad that you can’t get a decent pizza from this place. I’ve ordered from here at least 5 – 6 times, twice delivery, the others carry out. The delivery always takes about 45 – 55 minutes and I only live 4 minutes away. When I’ve done carry out, the pizza is ready in 20 minutes, so I don’t know what the disconnect is.
Each pizza I’ve gotten with the exception of one time has been wrong. I get light sauce, and they almost always come with what looks like extra sauce. This time, I ordered the new garlic know pizza because a friend across town ordered it and it was great and looked like the picture on the Internet. When I got my Luke warm pizza, it looked nothing like the picture and the «garlic knots» we’re more like plain bread knots. There was no garlic seasoning on the bread, it was all on the corner of the box. I got the «hut favorite» crust topping, and the crust had nothing on it. I tipped the delivery man $ 2 and after opening my pizza after he had left, I truly wished I had kept my $ 2, even though I know it’s not his fault, but giving $ 2 extra was not worth the service received.
Outside of the subpar pizza quality, I am not sure that they are making the pizzas with up to standard cleanliness. The last 2 times I went in for carry out, the staff that was cooking had in no gloves and no aprons. The delivery boy went from the front door to the kitchen line to help out the other worker. Now, I’m all for a staff that helps each other out, but soap and water should touch your hands before you even think about touching an assembly line or helping with someone’s food.
Needless to say, I’ll be taking my business to Domino’s.

We order from this location often and have had nothing but pleasant experiences with the quality of our pizzas and prompt delivery times. We usually order on evenings and weekends so maybe the staff is different but they seem to do a fine job in our many experiences.

Stay away from this location!!! This place always takes 2 hours to deliver anything! It is absolutely ridiculous!!! I have given them multiple chances and they never fail to disappoint. I ordered a pizza at 730pm and its past 920 now and still nothing. Not sure how this place stays in business.

Worst customer service ever. Pizza is always LATE and COLD…

Picked up a Pizza tonight and to my shock the employee making the pizzas spent the entire time on her cell phone on a person phone call!!! Unsanitary on so many levels. Worse part is none of her employees seemed to see anything wrong with it as they interrupted her with questions about orders. I guess it’s just a sign of the times but we won’t be back! Unbelievable! UPDATE: The manager of the store contacted me about this incident and he said «What do you want. a free pizza?» As if I was lodging a complaint to get a free pizza. Smh. No thanks! I’ll pass on the pizza!

We just moved to the area, and we wanted something delivered that the whole family would eat with easy clean up. This location is right down the road, so we called and placed an order for delivery at 6pm. Our pizzas (2 medium one topping) showed up at 8pm. I understand that things like that happen sometimes. I’m not saying we will never call in an order for PICK UP, but this review is to inform others of something we did not know. The number listed for this location here and on all other online sources is for a CALL CENTER in another city. When my husband called to check on the pizza, they informed him that they would have to message the location and wait to hear back and then let him know… Yeah. After 20 minutes, he called again and asked if he could have the number of the actual location to call himself, and asked the woman if 2 hours seemed a little long to her. Her response was «well, 2 hours may seem long to some people, but might not seem that long to others.» When he got off the phone, he realized the woman had given him the same number he had been calling all along. The number to the call center. It was just ridiculous. We never spoke to anyone at the location our pizza was made, but the delivery guy (after going to the house down the street by mistake) was very nice and apologized several times. The whole call center thing is just a MESS.

I’ve been ordering online from here for a long time. My order has never been screwed up and the staff is always friendly. I don’t know what the negative reviews are talking about. It’s a take out Pizza Hut. They’re doing their job just the way they should.

It’s take out pizza guys, not gourmet straight from Italy pizza. You get what you get.
I always order online or from my app on my phone. Order is always correct.
It’s hot and fresh, friendly and fast pick up. I’m not complaining. It’s what I expect– which is three star goodness.

DON“T DO IT!!! This review is about the fact that Pizza Hut online ordering is HORRIBLE! I ordered a pizza from a place that is 10 minutes from my house, because I don’t want to get out in the drizzle (at 7:45 PM). The confirmation came back and showed that the «estimated delivery time» was 9:07 PM. WTF!!!
So, I called what I thought was the store telephone number and it turned out to be a call-​center! I told the female who answered that I was just calling to see if the time was just a buffer or was I really going to have to wait over an hour for a pizza. She said that she had to transfer me to the online order representative. I said, «just for me to find out how long a pizza will take to get to my house?» She sent me and I waited almost 5 minutes before I just hung up.
Pizza Hut’s business model, where you can’t actually talk to someone in a store after ordering online SUCKS!!!

I gave this Pizza Hut location another try because it is just so conveniently located that I had to know if they’d improved since my initial review. I’m happy to write that they appear to know a little more about how Pizza Hut makes breadsticks and pizza now. I ordered the $ 10 box (includes pizza, breadsticks and cinn sticks). All were of the quality that I’m used to from Pizza Hunt and in reality the breadsticks were perfect. So I’m happy again.
