Pizza Hut

I just moved to this area, so this was my first time ordering from this location. Well, I ordered to go online as usual. I entered all on my info, including my gate code. They showed up well over an hour late and couldn’t get in because they said they didn’t have the gate code. I had called an hour or so after delivery and they apologized and said that a manager would call me shortly to apologize and offer me some sort of compensation on my next order. I’ve heard that song before from Pizza Hut and it’s their standard, tele-​operator BS. They obviously get that kind of call regularly and it cracks me up that they falsely promise a call-​back and also commit to compensation on a future order as if you plan on still working with them in the future.
When we finally got our pizzas they was both completely cold and one of the tomato tubs had opened inside one of the boxes and poured over half of the pizza. I guess I should have opened the box when the delivery guy was there, but at that point we were just hungry and ready to eat. We had convinced ourselves, at that point, that it was going to be worth the wait. Nope…

Worst pizza delivery experience ever! Pizza was not fully cooked. It looked like plain dough with sauce, and meat on top. When I tried to get a refund I was transferred from the store to corporate back to the store because no one had the authority to do anything! Finally after being on hold 3 different times I was able to speak to a manager for a refund. I have to wait 3 to 5 business days for a refund meanwhile Im still hungry. Will never order from pizza hut again!

Never will be back, took over an hour just to receive a damn pizza. Not only that they gave me the wrong thing. Never order from here.

WORSE Experience with any delivery of any kind of food any where in this country. I ordered the staff and process was not easy and then they forgot some food. When we called back to get corrected the manager said they would call me back. Hours went by and nothing… I called back and was on hold for over 30 minutes… Why would I ever get Pizza Hut again???

This Pizza Hut is the worst in Houston. Pizza was an hour late from the time I was given on the phone call. Pizza arrived cold and hard. Spinach was thrown on top and not even cooked. I tried calling customer service to cancel after an hour and they told me that someone would contact me in a couple of minutes to cancel my order. 30 mins later my cold pizza arrived. Customer service is horrible and rude. Will never eat from here again.

Really bad customer service, the cashiers where using headphones, my opinion that is really unprofessional to be in the front taking orders while having both headphones on. and they forgot to put my sauces. but the place is really nice.

I didn’t mind so much receiving my pizza an hour after ordering because I know they can get overwhelmed on a Saturday. What I do mind, is that my pizzas were squished in the corner of the box and melted together like one big clump of pizza. It looked like my pizzas were lying upright the entire delivery ride. Not cool. I also mind that when I called to notify the Manager, I was on hold for a really long time just to have the line disconnected twice until I gave up and decided to write a review instead. FYI Dominos on HWY 6 delivery is super fast and I’ve never had a complaint. Service is always great and pizzas are nice & hot and not stuck to the one side of the box!

Horrible. Went there in person and ordered 2 pizzas for my family, and asked for them to be delivered to my house. I also paid in advance. Cashier seemed like a genuine person. He told me that it he put it on «rush» so that they can be delivered within 20 to 30 mins. After an 90 mins of waiting, i finally decide to go back to the store and to whats going on. When i arrived, the pizzas were cold and dry. I Won’t be going back there again, and this location is only 0.2 miles away from my house…

I get it… It’s hard to order a pizza and have it delivered piping hot. Some people are just too lazy to get up and pick up their pizza. This location is honestly the most friendliest location I’ve been to. Everyone is courteous and alert of their surroundings. Management here save a veterans hat after he misplaced it here after his dinner. Sunday night around 10:02PM and everyone is still on their «A» game. Kudos to this place and staff!

This is the worst restaurant I have been to in Houston, and by far the worst pizza place I have ever been to. The manager of this location, whoever they are, should feel ashamed of their poor skills. The minimal staff can’t keep up with demand either in delivery, call-​in orders, the bar or the eat-​in dining room. I stood for five minutes at the host station before getting into the call-​in line just to get to speak to someone. The well-​mannered girl said I could just sit anywhere, but when I asked if they had anyone on to serve that section, she just kind of shrugged. Not her fault, she was doing her job very well. I left. The actual pizza is always dripping with grease and rarely correct on delivery. How this sham of a place is still operating is beyond my comprehension.

Not satisfied at all .Only a small selection… and the selection that we had, was not fresh at all it has been sitting out too long. There were no plates. NOT anything to really want to return for. Jenny was sweet, she works there.

Worse Pizza Hut ever. Their staff is rude and they never have enough people. I can even explain ugh.

Pizza was not bad. The server was really nice but she was all alone. This might be the reason why it took long to get anything. She was taking orders and assisting with take out as well as serving dine in. The marinara sauce was VERY sweet. The actual place was very clean and looks like an awesome place for watching games at the bar with some friends.

The service is unprofessional because it took 10 min for him to come to our table and he was wearing headphones when he did serve us. The food is good tho. Would recommend a different Pizza Hut. Looks good from the outside and inside but was disappointed.

Worse ever! Ordered2times from here and horrible. delivery is slow, pizza was cold n cookie hard! Call they said they was going credit but when I called back they didn’t c credit so that was an issue. They send my food in this time pizza is flat like really! Never again will I order from here

Worst service ever. I’m sitting at the restaurant right now. They brought out my food before my husband’s, not a big deal. It is a big deal that it took 20min, while my husband still didn’t have his food, to tell the waiter that my food was wrong. They then brought his food, then 20 min after that finally brought my correct food out. We will never be back. If we could just get our bill, we’d already be gone. O and I forgot to mention the cold, horrible, bread sticks.

This review is for one pizza and one pizza only.

Insane is not the word, best pizza I have had from Pizza Hut in my life.
We have ordered it twice. If you love California Pizza Kitchens BBQ Pizza this will kill theirs hands down.

My first time here. And I must say its pretty clean and nice. I dont understand how people would give this place a bad rating. Will definitely come back since its close to me. Food taste good.

I usually order from here since dominos is always to salty. But my ownly issues are delivery time, and some days the pizza taste raw. I mean seriously? 2 hours to deliver a pizza and some bread sticks? I think it depends on the day but I only order delivery, some days its amazing and some days its just average.

Finally a sit down — dine in Pizza Hut!
Unfortunately, their buffet is terrible. Pizza is not coming out fast enough to meet the demands of customers sitting. A pizza comes out and it’s a free for all. Also, there are buffet ads that show salad included and there is no salad buffet. Salad is an additional price (informed by waitress).? I won’t be returning to the dine-​in but may pick up a pizza because PH has their signature pizza taste which I like.
