Pizza Hut

[UPDATE: They need to work on consistency. I was so impressed with last week’s pizza, I ran out to get another pie. The crust was soggy, and I had to slap it on the stove for some extra crispness.]
I can’t believe I’m taking the time to write a review for a Pizza Hut, but let me tell you: this one’s legit! Even my mom – someone who had experienced a horror story with the call center – turned into a fan once she got a bite of last night’s pizza.
I was STARVING from a juice fast and craved pizza like nobody’s business. For whatever reason, it had to be from Pizza Hut (even though I hadn’t had pizza from this establishment in years). I walked in at 10:00 PM and waited a while after I placed my order for a medium Supreme. The transaction must have taken 30 – 40 minutes, but the pizza was so worth it! The crust was crisp, and all the toppings were fresh and cooked to perfection. I only wanted one small slice but ended up eating two.
My mother ate the rest of the pie. I should mention she wasn’t fasting – the pizza was just that good. Mom even commented that she had not tasted pizza that delicious in a while.
So yay, Pizza Hut. You deserve this outstanding rating. Work on that call center sitch, though.

We always have positive experiences with this Pizza Hut. We had a great delivery man this evening in terrible pouring rain. We appreciate this restaurant.

Avoid this location if you can. Terrible customer service/​manager with attitude

Very fast and great service. Ordering & pick up in 20 mins. Workers are very friendly and helpful.

I have never had to deal with as many complications and incompetent people in any other food delivery in my life. First they were completely wrong about the ready time, then they put my order as pick up instead of delivery. To top it all off they have me 3 different prices for my order and of course I needed up paying the most expensive even though I had the correct price on my phone. Will not order from the Pizza Hut ever again. Wish I could have put no stars at all

Weekday lunch I called in my order, waited 15 minutes then drove over. Waited another 38 minutes for my pizza to be ready. The first time I went I remember a similar experience so I’ll likely pass on Pizza Hut in the future.
