Pizza Hut

Is it possible to give this location 0 stars? It’s absolutely ridiculous how rude they are and how horrible their pizza is!
Unfortunately, delivery HAS to come from this location due to zip code restrictions or something like that! Every time we order, the pizza is never right! I just called them and the owner starts yelling at me about «no coupons here» and hangs up in my face. If you can help it DO NOT order your pizza from these Idiots! Save yourself the trouble. You’ll thank me.

Ordered a Large Thin N Crispy pizza from this location. What I got was a super stale dry pizza. This is the only time I have ordered from this location and I have learned my lesson to just choose another location.

I am giving 3 stars bcoz the employees were pleasant. Otherwise my pizza was over cooked, dried with no sauce. Also all the parking places were occupied and I was the only customer!!! Management please have the space for customers since all the nearby businesses has the reserved parking around in this area.

I haven’t had a Pizza Hut pizza in years. But there is one right down the road from my new place so I thought I would give it a try. I ordered a pepperoni pizza with their garlic butter crust and thought it was delicious. So much so that I did it again!
What a disappointment. I feel as if everything u think u don’t like about chain pizza was proven true here. This was so underwhelming I had one piece and put it away.
When I opened the box it looked all good. But once I tried to lift up the first piece and noticed it hadn’t even been sliced all the way through and thought. whomever made this pizza simply didn’t care. Not only was it not sliced it wasn’t even what I had ordered! Sure it was a pepperoni pizza but no garlic butter crust! Which must be the secret ingredient. Because. THIS PIZZA SUCKED!!. Oh and if u want sprinkle cheese or hot peppers plan to pay cuz that’s extra.
I called customer service to find out what had happened and if I had possibly miss ordered. But that was not the case. I was told that I would get a call back and am still waiting…
Oh and their wings suck too! Had them last time… Big thumbs down

I’m officially done with Pizza Hut. They get my order wrong every single time. You’d like I learned my lesson, huh? The boys wanted stuffed crust pizza so for out Friday pizza night, I decided to order from Pizza Hut. I order cheese sticks, but I got breadsticks. When I called to alert the manager, she said «well there isn’t much of a difference.» Ummm… really? She then said she would remake the order, and I can come pick it up. Why should I have to go there? I told her I didn’t want to drive there for the new order, and I would take a refund instead. She actually told me there wouldn’t be much money being refunded and asked if I really wanted it. Yes! I don’t want to pay for something I didn’t get. Ugh! The nerve of her! She said I could come pick up the money. Again, why should I? I told her to credit it back to my credit card, and she complained of the hassle it would be. I was over talking to her and dealing with Pizza Hut’s always horrible service so I just told her to forget it.

Ordering online from this particular Pizza Hut is a breeze and they deliver a great hot order in a flash. I’m not kidding about the short delivery time… I just can’t imagine how they can build, cook, and deliver in just minutes.

Simple order of medium 3-​topping pizza and 8 traditional bone-​in wings… they got the wings order wrong and gave these small chicken nuggets instead. I told them the mistake and had to wait another 10 – 20 minutes for the correct wings order.
The management was conciliatory and offered a drink and extra boneless wings to placate me, so I’m one happy customer now.

I work around the are where this Pizza Hut is located. My GPS shows me that I am 4 minutes away.
The first time I ordered for delivery the only issue I had was emphasizing that I was saying ‘v’ for voss and not ‘b’. I ordered a pasta and cheese sticks with marinara and Parmesan.
I got it 45 minutes later… Without the Parmesan or the marinara, and the pasta was burnt terribly. They ended up sending the guy back with a marinara and Parmesan cheese, but I ate the pasta dissatisfied.
Second time I ordered, I got the Tuscini chicken Alfredo Pasta, with cheese sticks, and a diet Pepsi. The order took longer than It should have.
Again, no marinara, or my diet Pepsi. Although the pasta was better than the last, I guess they can’t make a penne pasta. Then again, they send the guy back, with the diet Pepsi, he just drops it off and leaves. Still no marinara.
I are it nevertheless. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from Pizza Hut soon.

Their online site says that they don’t deliver, but only allow for pick-​up orders. Did I read their marketing correctly?
Without delivery, this store is not as convenient an option for us as I had hoped. Went to Dominoes instead.

I used to live about 2 miles from this place and probably ordered in from them about 3 times a month, and a couple extra times to work (work was located 4 miles away). This Pizza Hut was always VERY fast, especially at lunch time, if you called in before RUSH time. They open at 11 or 11:30, so phones will not get picked up til that time, but at either of these times (lunch or dinner), I never had issues receiving my pizza, or getting it hot, or toppings sliding from side to side.
The pizza was always delicious, and service was always fast and delivery on time or early. Great place!
