The customer service here is kinda slow but the people here are nice. The place could be a little cleaner. pizza is usually pretty good here. I never had a problem with delivery. They are pretty much on time. Which is excellent! The dining area is pretty decent now. They have big booths for really big families!!! Which is a good thing.

Sounds like delivery is not the way to go here. I like to pick-up anyway, since your order is going to be a helluva lot fresher, hotter, and faster if you just go get it yourself. Times are hard. Pizza Hut is in a recession. Even cheese packets and crushed pepper packets cost extra here. Pizza Hut is suffering from cougar/MILF syndrome and is trying to rebrand itself to be just as hot and trendy as your local novelty pizza shop… or hell, even Domino’s these days. However, putting a boob job and a lip injection on an aging daytime soap star still doesn’t change the«gravity» of the situation, and«innovative» ventures such as annoying drizzles and crust flavorings seem slightly ridiculous as the surface doesn’t change: Pizza Hut is still Pizza Hut. All drizzles and terrible marketing aside, prices are low low low now(especially if you order online with online coupons), and thin crust and pan still taste awesome. Carryout a large two-topping for 7.99? Sure. Add a baked pasta and 8 super crunchy wings in for $ 10 more? Yep. Pizza was tasty and hot. Wings were breaded, super crunchy, and tossed in sauce– just the way I like em. Not sure why this PH is remodeling since it’s probably losing money on dine-in. It looks a little cleaner and a little less dingy than it used to but still reeks of a solid decade of stale pizza. Service is indifferent, but the attitude is a reflection of management.(These guys probably don’t make much either.) Short version– order online and pick up. Eat pizza, and have a good day.

The manager Val was extremely accommodating after a mix up with our delivery. They corrected it and took care of us and more. I only have good things to say. I must say though, multiple terrible experiences with the customer service call center has really led me to believe that pickup rather than delivery is the way to go if you want Pizza Hut. Thanks again Val.

This place is terrible! I’ve always had issues with this location & today just took the cake. After my pizza was over 20 mins late, I called the location for a follow up. After being on hold for 12 mins, the girl that picked up said my pizza«is on the way and to just wait». Pizza finally showed up & the girl stood there to take my payment even tho I already paid by credit card. We stood there for another 5 – 10 mins or so, so she could call her location to confirm my payment before giving me my pizza. Finally was able to take my pizza inside & when I opened the box, the pizza was cold and half of it was flipped over. Bravo, Pizza Hut… bravo.

Absolutely terrible experience! To start, the moble app is easy to use, and had me excited to place my order. Once I placed it at roughly 8pm, the confirmation said my order was to be delivered by 12:34am(4hrs 30min) so I immediately clicked the phone number to call the store. The problem is, the number directs to a call center, which took over 12 minutes to get someone on the phone. The lady then told me she could not help my situation and had to transfer me. I was immediately disconnected. I called back and this time it only took about 8 minutes to get someone to answer. Once I explained my situation to this young girl, she said«hmmmmmm» and then I was disconnected. By this point I am furious. I call back, wait roughly 15 minutes to get to someone, who then told me the same thing, that they would have to transfer me. After being on another hold for about 8 minutes, a very nice«manager» got on the phone and was able to pull up my order. She said it was entered as a pick up order, when I had scheduled it for delivery online. I then drove to the store, and when I walked in there was 2 employees sitting down. One of them got up quickly and ended her phone call and came up to the counter. She said that she had cancelled my order because I never showed up, but insisted on giving my pizza to me for free. The cook was right behind her and he immediately came over very aggressively asking«why in the hell is his pizza free??? I made that pizza and its a damn good pizza» He then turned to me and got in my face and showed me the pizza(which was wrong by the way) and asked my why I should get it for free? Well my card was never refunded so I did end up paying for it anyways AND the pizza was wrong, too. End result: WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICEEVER. WILLNEVEREVEREVERGOBACKTOANYPIZZAHUT.

Customer Service directed my call to this specific location. NOONEANSWERED! I was on the phone for about 8 minutes. When we arrived the buffet was HALFOF what you see at CICIS. Oh, did I forget to mention that there was NOSALADBARAVAILABLE! You had to ASKFORSALAD, dressing, etc. There were ONLY3PIZZAS available and ALLVERYSIMILAR! The only difference was VEGGIE with ham haha ! They had HARDBREADSTICKS, ONESMALLTRAYOFPASTA, NODRINKFOUNTAINAVAILABLE, etc! This was a HUGEDISSAPOINTMENT! NOTWORTHTHEMONEY — ATALL! The buffet looks impossible to even share with the 20+guests they received throughout the time. I would like to mention the UNNECESSARY containers they have on the buffet. Literally, there is a metal bin with a lid for NOREASON! Either it was there for decoration or they failed to replenish the food. I highly doubt there was anything in there to begin with! I felt SOBAD for the families who would walk in, spend all that money for their children to only feel so limited with their choices! GOTOCICISONGROUPON! ATLEASTYOUARESERVEDWITHBETTERAND A VARIETYIFCHOICES! I have seen other Pizza Hut buffets with wings available, pasta, More pizza, salad, etc!!! DISSAPOINTMENT! !!!

Starting to see why they have one star. Reading the other reviews proves this Pizza Hut problems are constant. 7 mins away but yet took an hour to get to my hotel. I purchased 2 liter Mountain Dew and when they finally did show up had Pepsi and said sorry they were out. If you are out of what I want call me ask me what I would rather have. I’m not impressed with this Pizza Hut. The food was decent. I’ll be here till June and I’ll make sure to order somewhere else from now on.

I just moved to a new apartment complex and this was my first time ordering(3⁄21) a simple large pizza and 8 count of wings. Well they ended up being over an hour late. My second time ordering was this past Saturday(3⁄28) and I thought maybe it would be different but again they were an hour late from the time it said it would be delivered. Honestly, at this rate, what’s the point of them promising a delivery time when they have failed to make it already twice in a row?!! I will definitely no longer order from this location. Because of Pizza Hut’s stupid call center, I wasn’t able to talk to the management of the store directly either to voice my complaints. Quality wise: the food was cold both times and it was mediocre at best. I’m going to stick to Domino’s or order from a different pizza hut next time.

It is so disappointing that this is the closest Pizza Hut to me, the service is horrible, if you order a pizza online it is never ready when it is supposed to be ready, I have been waiting 20mins past the time the pizza was supposed to be finished and no one has told any update on my pizza. The only reason I come here is because I don’t have an other one I can go to.

I refuse to use this location. They have lost my order twice. I have had to call the answering service on both occasions and another they gave me the complete wrong order and charged me double and got rude when I asked them to fix their mistake not my own.

A fair representation of a Pizza Hut pizza. Except on saturday, the pizza is always underdone(soggy crust) and thrown together with fewer and sometimes missing toppings. **UPDATE** They have messed up 2 of my last orders, I complained and got a very rude response. I’m finding somewhere else.

I hate to give a mediocre rating due to one bad experience, but this one experience lasted three days and several phone calls. Usually they’re on top of things and the food has always been delivered quickly and still steaming hot. On a Thursday night, we placed an order around 10:15 pm. They told us the expected delivery time would be 10:50. At 11:15, we called to find out the status of our order, but instead of talking to the store we had to talk to answering service which of course had no idea what we were talking about. Whyyyy Pizza Hut has decided to use an answering service is beyond me. You no longer talk to the store directly. But anyways, after they talked to the store we were told our order was in transit. By 11:45, we called again and were told the same thing – in transit. After two hours of waiting and no pizza, we drive to the store. Closed. We were furious. Well, we call the next day to get it straightened out and once again, we have to talk to an answering service who immediately asks for the number, address, and what we want. Ummm… we want the pizza we were promised and never received. So, they had to contact the store, who had to contact us and give us a $ 10 credit. That doesn’t even cover the price of our order. Livid, we get a hold of the manager who agreed to give us another $ 10 credit. Oh, but for us to place our order, we had to call the answering service back instead of just telling the store directly. Like I said, this was one incident, but an extremely annoying one.
