Pizza Hut

This location is where I always I get my pizza from. i always online for carry out and usually it gives me a 15 minute window for my pizza to be ready. The pizza is usually ready when I get there (like 20 minutes after ordering) and the always show me the pizza to make sure the order is
is delicious here.

My family tends to order Pizza Hut from this specific location since it’s the nearest to our house. This one occasion that occurred last week made me very upset. We ordered online for delivery. Our order was a VERY simple order yet I cannot comprehend how they can screw up our order. We ordered a customizable, large supreme pizza with pineapples and lettuce. When we received the pizza, THERE WERE NO PINEAPPLES yet when there’s a customizable option, there’s an extra charge added to the total. Thus, I paid for a service I DID NOT receive. Also, the pizza arrived 20 minutes past the hour that we ordered the pizza. The location is not even 10 minutes away from our place.
FURTHER MORE, we contacted the Pizza Hut via phone and they DID NOT DO ANYTHING to our order or gave us a refund. I am definitely upset this happened. I am utterly beyond words to explain how upset at Pizza Hut that this can happen. I understand the absence of pineapples but I am appalled by their customer service. Unbelievable.

Not really good on times but that’s fine! Pizza come out perfect and I love this location since it’s right down the street from my bfs house! Always going to order here!

Absolute worst pizza I’ve ever had. Ordered online and picked up. Sign on the door said something like — door is locked for security, ring doorbell for service? They have to lock themselves in? I was walking in when someone else was leaving so didn’t have to worry about it. Picked up my order, which was ready on time. Cashier wasn’t overly friendly but wasn’t rude either. Pizza was very greasy and breadsticks were very hard. I usually love Pizza Hut, just not this time.

Pizza never got on time took more than an hour, manager never call back and this is the third time happen to me.

So my husband and I ordered a meat lover’s pizza, bone in wings, breadsticks, the Hershey dunkers, and pizza rolls. ETA was right about on time, but the delivery guy could’ve been more, I guess precise? Called me under a private number which I usually do NOT answer unknown numbers but figured it could be the pizza guy and he asked me what apartment number I’m in, told him, than hung up right when I was in the process of asking «are you here?». 10 minutes later, it’s an actual number, same guy, «what’s the gate code?», well, if you didn’t hang up on me the first time I would’ve told you! Anyways, back to the order itself.
~Pizza was a meat lover’s, was warm but not like fresh out of the oven and this place is not even a half a mile away from my house?! Really?!
~Breadsticks were dry and the only thing that tasted right was the pizza rolls! But wait, there’s more!
~Wings we ordered, smelled awesome (Spicy Asian), but they were NOT cooked all the way through. So now we’re reheating them in the oven, and it wasn’t just one piece, it was practically the entire 8 piece order. WTF?!
~Hershey Dunkers we’re ok, not thrilled, especially it being my first time having them, but ok.
Whole experience could’ve been better, and I think if I would’ve called in to complain, they probably would only offer me a free pizza for next time. Well, after this, I remember why I like Domino’s better and I don’t think I’ll order from this Pizza Hut again! Only reason I’m giving it 2 out of 5 is because the order actually got here around the ETA it said it would be here.

I order a cheesy cheese pizza, not only not so cheesy but quite expensive will not order again
