This location was very accommodating and went above and beyond after I had made a mistake placing my order. I’ve ordered a few times and have never experienced poor customer service. Food is hot and on time.

If I could give this establishment a ZERO I would. It is absolutely atrocious. I have gone a hand full of times and each time something has gone wrong. I don’t understand how you can mess up an online order. I can understand a phone order, but seriously… I don’t get it. Everytime. It. Is. Wrong. Also, the managers there are not friendly and they are desperately lacking Customer Service and people skills. Pizza Hut needs to step up their game, because pizza lovers in this area are mad! Called in and ordered the 24pc wings, specifically asked the order taker how many favors can we order, she said 2. Ordered ranch dip and total was 25.94. Was given an hour eta. Cool… not so bad on a rainy Football Sunday. Food arrived on time in a ball shaped container, we take one look at the wings and we look at each other and say how do we know what is the flavor. We quickly figure out hey the wings are all the same flavor. Question: who made this decision on our behalf??? So immediately pick up the phone to call and complain. First attempt, the rep hung on me after i told her i was calling to complain. The second attempt, the call dropped. Finally after waiting 35mins on hold a supvr of the call center picks up the phone and attempts to tell me there is nothing she can do to help me. Really? After you take my money and give me what you want to give me. Asked why did the store call me if the order taker was in the wrong. I will never order from this location again … …i

The most disgusting thing happened to me at this establishment. I ordered pizza for my co-workers and found hair in the pizza. When I called to explain what happened the young lady on the phone asked me, «What color was the hair?» How does asking me what color is the hair solve the issue? I asked for a manager, who she said his name was Brian, was not available. She said she would have him call me back and he never called me back. I have never heard of anything like that ever. I find hair in my food and you’re asking me what color is the hair???

I usually pick up pizza, tonight I was already settled at home so I tried to order online since I hate calling in my order and wouldn’t you know it-I was unable to. I understand technical difficulties but it’s funny that this is the second time I try to order within 1 hour of closing and the system just happens to not be working. I have not had this issue when I order earlier in the night or during the day. I am done with this location even if it means I can’t order for delivery. It’s a shame I like the pizza but I will not go out of my way to pick it up either so it will be rare if I use PizzaHut anytime soon!!!

This place is HORRIBLE. Don’t waist your money. Ordered our food at 7:50 pm and didn’t get it tell 10:00 pm ! In the mean time talked to 6 different people who constantly hung up on me or transferred me. Leslie is the manager at this location whom I was on wait for over an hour to talk to and still never got to speak with her. I will never be back here!

This pizza hut is absolutely HORRIBLE this is the second or third time ive ordered from them and they have left something off my order now they have had me on hold for like 30 minutes and no one will pick up nor did I get my food I will never order from them again ive learned my lesson!

HORRIBLESERVICE! Ordered online and got an email my order would arrive at 11:01. It is now 11:31 and still nothing! I called the store and automated machine says they are closed and call tomorrow at 9am then disconnects the call. HORRIBLESERVICE! I paid with my credit card and was charged but did not get a piece of crust! My 10year old was desperately waiting on this pizza and I am ticked off! I will NEVERPATRONIZETHISLOCATION!!!

I tried to place an online delivery order and the website glitches, saying that my order was not processed. I tried to resubmit the order online and it said that it was processed so I called the store to verify. The person I talked to said that it was indeed submitted. An hour later, still pizza-less, I called back to see when my food would get here and the person put me on hold to check. Ten minutes later, they came back to ask what I needed and I repeated how I was waiting to see if my order was on its way. Apparently, the first person I talked to lied because the order was never submitted. Long story short, I didn’t get my food until almost three hours after I initially called to make sure my order was submitted.
