Today I came by for a second tour since the first tour was cut short because I had to go to work. The first and second time I was greeted by Tatiana. Not only was she professional she took the time out and answered all of my questions. She walked me through several different units and ask about how I feel about them. I never felt rushed to make a decision. The location was great and amenities were awesome but they told me they don’t do online payments and that really set me back a lot. Since I have a full time job and come home late I can’t stop by the office when I want to. I really like this place and the staff but I will probably come back and sign for a lease when they have online payments.

i have lived here for over five years. i am getting ready to sign another lease. the management has been here for as long as i have been here. they and the maintenance team are professional and efficient. everything is done in a timely manner. i wouldn’t even consider living anywhere else.

First off, we have never rented there. And after our experience with the customer service, we never will. By far, the worst customer service experience ever. So my boyfriend and I were looking for places to rent, and if I could give this place negative stars — I would. We walked in and immediately the consultant, Tatiana, asked us, just straight up, «1 or 2 bedrooms?» Really? You didn’t even introduce yourself or ask our names. She gave us a piece of paper with a floor plan, 885sq ft for at least $ 1500 a month. Didn’t even discuss the price or any of the other additional fees of the complex. At this point, I’m peeved, and we go see the model unit. We walk through the grounds, Tatiana is not friendly or conversational. We just have this awkward silence until we see the model. It was not nice, and definitely not what I call«luxury.» We were in and out of the place in literally 10 minutes. We will be renting elsewhere. Tatiana, I don’t know if we caught you on your lunch break or maybe you were just having a horrid day, but we will definitely NOT be renting from you guys.

I sort of stumbled upon this hidden gem. Words beautiful and serene come to mind. These are by far the best value for money apartment units. I’ve lived here for almost two years now and it has been great. Small comparison: I lived in a not-so-great and too close to street apartment. I’d gotten so used to the noise and those bleeding lights that my first night at portico, I was sort of disturbed at how dark and quiet it was. The apartment furnishings are modern and more than adequate. The floor plan is specious and airy. Storage is plentiful. Amenities outside the apartment are great except for the fitness facility, but that has never bothered me since LA Fitness and 24 hour fitness both are very close. The other great thing is its accessibility. It’s very close to beltway and getting places is never an issue. The staff, I have mixed feelings about. Clarence is very nice and professional, but seems like I’ve always caught the ladies on their off day. Maintenance requests are tended to eventually. Overall, my living experience here so far has been wonderful. Will update, if anything changes.

I love this place! It was one if the most opulent apartments I’ve resided in. And inexpensive as well as convenient. The furnishes were beyond immaculate. Granite in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Wow, and the arches inside the units. Spacious with built in desk in master bedroom and built in TV console. We lived on the 4th floor right next to the garage so was something I miss now. The pool is saltwater pool which isn’t like the typical chlorine potent pools. The jacuzzi was amazing with a top of the line grills. The apartment itself has a Spanish Villa and Mediterranean feel. Cons: The gym & movie theater were basic. Small for 10 people. No trash valet, lot of construction(additional units being built) when we left so hopefully they renovated things that need work. AC noise was overwhelming.
