I went into this place to get a post office box, instead I got extremely good customer service and a real reasonable box rate. The office is clean, staffed by excellent employees and the owner goes out of his way to make sure you get what you need. also they have all kinds of extras there from pens to cards, office supplies, printers, last minute items… I went way beyond the regular post office box service for my personal needs and they deliver, every time. there used to be a place called inpress on Westheimer that was also excellent, but they moved. I recommend this place, and if you read a bad review on them that person probably got what they deserved through karma, know what I mean? not bad service, packing, etc.

shipped a typewriter and paid these guys to package it and send off to usps, worst mess i’ve ever seen. customer received the typewriter mangled and all keys were missing and had fallen out the typewriter was torn to pieces. the indian guy who owns it is a cheapskate said he would double box the package, instead he tapes a smaller box on top of the box that i provided for them and he still charges me for the box and overcharges for packaging $ 20 for a used box + $ 12 for packaging. and when i brought in the mauled typewriter the stores owner says to me «hey once it leaves here its not our fault». never using this postal center again!!! not safe at all!

These guys are friendly and fast. Seems to be a family owned business. I’ve been in Houston for a week and I have come to use their services almost every day. Much better than waiting in line at the post office. They do fedex, UPS, DHL, and regular mail — probably more that I don’t know about. Good stuff.

Andy is an absolute angel. Her attitude, aptitude and customer service skills are unsurpassed! If only a million more around just like her. She is a wizard and should be compensated accordingly! Thank you !!

They are fast, nice and they know what they are doing. We have used them for years now and never had a problem that they were not able to help us with. I give them A+.
They ship packages and all that stuff.

The owner is really nice at this family run business. He was so patient when my toddler was touching everything in his shop. He even gave her a free gift. Really sweet people. If I still lived in the area I would use their services again in a heartbeat.

I just found a convenient way of shipping things. I hate waiting in lines at the post office. I feel it is a waste of my precious time.
I find it so convenient to stop by this place to ship packages. Not only is there no line to wait but they offer Federal Express, UPS, or US Postal Service so you can compare prices.
I was in a hurry one day so I brought a damaged laptop bag and a box thinking I can wrap it up at this place. I brought tape and a scissor for this purpose. To my surprise they offered to wrap up the box. With their tapegun, within a minute this box was ready to ship and I didn’t have to use any of my tape. Pulled out my plastic, signed, and I was outta there in 10 minutes. There is really no reason for me to use the US Postal Office anymore except to pick up mails and buy stamps.
They also offer key duplication service. Greeting and post cards and packaging materials were also available.
