Getting my new roof has been a fairly pleasant experience, which is saying a lot. Everyone in the company that I have dealt with has been very pleasant to work with and genuinely interested in completing a job well done. Customer satisfaction has been a much appreciated priority!

My wife and I were going back and forth on the idea of replacing our windows because of the price and it just so happened that a representative of power was in the neighborhood doing door to door sales. I met Cory and he was very polite. I was unable to allow Cory to give his sales pitch at that time because I had to go to work, but I was able to reschedule for the following day. The next day I met with Cory and was very impressed with the presentation of the windows. Cory showed me all of the accolades received by power and I was impressed. Cory was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I made my appointment and waited for the consultant Michael to come out for my measurements. The following week Michael came out and was very polite and took all of my measurements for all 14 windows of the house. Power kept in touch with us every week to keep us updated leading up to our installation. The installation was rescheduled because the windows couldn’t be delivered to their warehouse until after the New Years. Power was apologetic but we’re very polite. The day of the installation was great. The foreman introduced himself and his staff. They were all polite and friendly. They brought in their tarps they remeasured the windows to double check the measurements. The staff did a great job and even explained to us some of the things they were doing. My mother in law wanted to keep the old Windows that they were able to salvage and that was not a problem. The staff cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. The total time of the project was 2 days. The second day a quality manager from power came out to go over the entire project with us. He was very nice and explained our warranty to us. He looked over all the work that was done to confirm it was done correctly. We answered a few short survey questions and that was it. We were so impressed with the work that we asked what other remodeling jobs they do. Now we are in discussion with power to replace our old ugly doors. I truly recommend power for your remodeling needs.

Power home remodeling group have phenomenal products, and the remodeling consultants do a great job at informing you of about the efficiencies of each one. Definitely a company I’d recommend!

This company was fabulous to work with. Kortnie was very thorough and friendly when giving her presentation. The construction crew was very careful and cleaned up well afterwards. I’m so extremely pleased with the look. Our home is totally transformed inside and out. John met with us after the project was completed and made sure everything was up to standard. He was very friendly and professional. We will definitely use Power Home Remodeling for future projects!
