Would put no stars if it was an option. Had a Preventiv representative come to our house when I was out of town. My wife answered the door and felt pressured to sign up through a sales presentation, so she did. Not really their fault. The problem occurs when we didn’t get what we paid for. After almost 4 months of service, we were forced to pay an early cancellation fee. We had more bugs and ain’t piles in our yard at the end of everything. After sending in pictures and getting empty promises of managers returning our calls and visiting our house personally we canceled. Also, midway through our time with Preventiv our card on file expired. We called to schedule a spray but never got a visit. After a few days we called to see what happened and they told us the card on file had expired… SOWHYNOTTELLUSFROMTHEBEGINNING?! Just very poor service and customer care. Wouldn’t recommend. For the hundreds of dollars I spent for the 3 months of service and the cancellation fee I could’ve went to Home Depot and been in a better position than I am now.

I am so happy with the amazing and accommodating and professional service! Shea Welman, the tech, and Amore(sp?) at the office were able to fit in an unplanned service call the same day. They even worked around some hiccups in my schedule. My home has been comfortable and bug free with their great service and attention to detail. I have had a contract with this company for at least 4 years. This is not the first time they have been so helpful. Shea has taken great care of me and a tenant that lived here as well. I saw one of their trucks in my neighborhood and had them come out. I had lived in the house for 4 years without a proper pest treatment and I was paying the price. On their initial visit they treated the outside which included brushing away all nests, webs, etc from both porches which was worth the price alone. I have seen a dramatic reduction and even absence of most pests and often see the sign of their treatment with dead insects. I am on a quarterly treatment for $ 99 which includes outside treatment and inside upon request. They will do spot treatments as needed and leave a bill at door or mail for your convenience. So far, so good. I have met three different technicians and all of them have been helpful and courteous.

We heard about Preventive Pest Control on Michael Barry and called them up, not only did they come out right away, but they were super courteous! The Office Manager was so helpful and the technician that came out was very informative. We had another pest control company before changing to Preventive and all they did was take our money every month, they never came out to spray. I was very frustrated. Preventive has come out twice now and our bug problem is gone and we are very satisfied! Oh did I mention how through they are?! One more thing, their rates are GREAT! Thank you Preventive for giving our family such GREAT customer service!
