Loved Prince’s for decades! I thought this location was gone. Great burgers, fries and my favorite homemade root beer!

The burgers were overcooked. The chicken fingers were so bad that none of us wanted to eat them including our kid who lives on chicken fingers.

Don’t go if you are in a hurry. Food is not pre made here. The food is made when ordered. Making food hot and fresh. The restaurant looks like you have stepped back in time. Food is very tasty. Service always nice. The portions are plentiful. The prices are good for the size of the portions. Everybody I know loves this place. They have a bunch of fans, myself among them. The hamburgers are truly wonderful and taste like food used to in this country before McDonald’s set a new standard for awful.

I would always pass this place on my way to my bfs and we finally stopped in. The food was simple. Definitely homemade but nothing special.

We tried Prince’s for the first time on Friday. My pepperjack burger was delicious! The fries and onion rings could use some work though. For a burger joint, the menu was loaded with choices. There’s something there for everyone. Some of the non-hamburger items include chicken sandwiches, salads, chicken fingers, and fried fish. They get their iced tea and coffee from Katz Coffee. The employees were all very friendly. I would definitely return.

I eat here a couple of times a month because it’s within walking distance from my office. I’ve only had the grilled chicken sandwich and the grilled chicken salads. The salads are really poor, the lettuce was actually frozen each time I tried them. After the 3rd try, I’ve stopped ordering them. The chicken sandwiches are better, and can be good, but inconsistent on quality and taste. Maybe this is a place for burgers, I don’t know, but for chicken or salads, any fast food restaurant is probably better and cheaper.

Maybe I went on a off day or maybe this is what is to be expected, but we went here after shopping for trees and had an «okay» experience. The décor is typical 50’s style diner. Which is cute, but it seems as if it hadn’t been cleaned since the 50’s :-/ Ordered burgers and malts with rings and fries. I know to some this is splitting hairs, but we got shakes and not malts. There is a difference, but it was pretty flavorless and really not worth it. The burger was pretty standard and good. The fries were even okay. The onion rings were sysco brand, plain flavorless rings. Sad to say but sonic looked pretty good after. If you don’t want whataburger, then head there. About same prices and quality of food.

Very fun décor, I like to come here for breakfast, because I like my eggs cooked fresh, not kept warm by a heat lamp. I have had a hamburger for lunch and it was above average but not earth shaking. This family dinner gives you good size portions and keeps the prices reasonable.

This place is the best! I’ve eaten here a lot since it’s opened and it has never let me down. The people there are very friendly and always get you something if you need it and the burgers are fabulous and onion rings dipped in ranch are incredible. Also they cater!

I love a good hamburger joint and this place was pretty good for the price. The burgers were a good size and the I really enjoyed the fries/onion ring mix. I think the burgers needed some more seasoning but they were juicy and cooked well.

This location was ok. Don’t think it was as good as the 59/Weslayan location though. I always get the chargrilled burger because it has that smokey taste, but this one unfortunately did not really have that flavor. It was a decent sized burger but there is just something missing here and I can’t really put my finger on it. I wouldn’t say it was a bad burger, but there are just so many other places around here that it just doesn’t stand out enough for me to come back soon.

I love prince’s. I got the Lone Star burger platter. It was fabulous. 1950’s décor. A little pricey for the whole family. It’s located in a crummy strip center but who cares. We’ll be back a many times.
