The WORSTHOA company on the face of the earth. They manage the neighborhood where my mother lives and they claim she owes them money even though she has a receipt that proves she does not. They are ridiculous. The managers do not return phone calls and when they return emails, they are arrogant and unhelpful. My mother is done dealing with them and is now working with the Better Business Bureau to try to get through to PMG. Oh, by the way, they have nearly 500 complaints on their BBB page — that definitely says a lot about this horrendous company.

The employees are rude and project an air of not caring about their customers via staring at you with a flat look. IF they say they’ll take care of something, good.luck. I was told they were fixing a situation, well, that was two months ago, and it’s something only they can fix.

Have a problem? Need HOA approvals? Can’t get through the phones, email, voice mail, pigeons? Blast it on their Facebook page and you will get the fastest response ever. I’m in a brand new neighborhood where the builders are faster at building homes than getting any response from PMG. Apparently everyone is always on «Vacation» and can’t get to the phone. Forget anyone being the office, BUT they have time to send letters that HOA fees are due. Sylvia at the front will screen your call and forward you to the automated system if you call back multiple times asking to speak to a live person. She picked up and hung up on me and my husband. She can also look up the status of your request but she’s to lazy to even entertain the idea.

Perhaps PMG standards have been lowered. None of the property managers return phone calls. You have to keep calling until they answer or you ask the receptionist to tell them to pick up the phone. I have had to call 3 times to get the remote programmed for the gate but it still doesn’t work. There is no timely response for service calls. The contractor they use are totally incompetent for they too don’t understand the concept of running a business. They are slow and inefficient, have to come out at least 2 times to look before beginning the project. Follow up phone calls get no results or even a return call. They know absolutely nothing about business etiquette when it comes to returning phone calls. When a call isn’t returned, they are telling you, you don’t matter. I think they forget the reason they are in business, it is the property owners who pay them and vote on their existence. We too, will rally for a property management change. I have had it with being flipped off. We need a new management company with competent contractors.

The worst association management company I have ever had to deal with. Have had nothing but problems with them from the very beginning of moving into our new home. They have a really bad habit of posting association payments well after the due date so that they can charge late fees and interest. I pay a week in advance and still it takes them 5 – 6BUSINESS days to post my payments. Have the same frusteration as Brenda, they do not return calls. A live person rudely answers the main line at PMG and rapidly transfers you over to some idiots voice mail. Never to hear from anyone again. Very unprofessional and will make sure that I attend the association meetings reminding them that are plenty of other management companies in the greater Houston area that can manage an association with honesty and respect. They will not get my vote for renewal thats for sure.
