HORRIBLE SERVICE and HORRIBLE WORK!
1^st Visit: This cleaners promised me a price for laundry of my shirt and they charged me that the first time around. They also said they put it in the «system» so it will be there next time. Though they charged me the price, they completely tore my shirt up. NOT only that, they gave me 40% value of my shirt after me showing them the shirt online and the value.
2^nd Visit: This cleaner opened all the hems to my pants and I still forgave them
3^rd Visit: They raised their prices saying they cannot charge 1 to one customer and another to another customer
Manager called me and said «you pay for great work»…excuse me? Did we not just have a conversation how your «great work» tore my shirt completely and then opened my hems?
I AM NEVER GOING BACK and 2 other co workers are not going back.
There will be other places where this place has reviews and I will be sure to post them elsewhere. Their service is really really bad. Never have a smile on the face and the owner/​manager is always hiding in the back and throwing the employees under the bus (a girl named Nasreen and a guy. might be siblings) who are also always arguing as to who does what around the counter.

I used them for the first time. I must say it will be my last time. I’m not going back. I will update this review with more details later. But the bottom line is, I feel like I was «price gauged». I need to get my garment home and evaluate it more closely to see if there is anyway possible I can justify the price (***CORRECTION*** $ 24.99 (not 19.99) + tax for 1 black dress). She rung it up as leather, even though it is NOT, which I did not know until I picked it up. Then tried to justify it by the pattern of the material on the front of the dress. Yeah, I’m not buying it. I think I should’ve just used Dryel. Sigh. Oh well. You only get me once.
What was given to me when I dropped off my clothes was a ticket with a total. No breakdown of what each dress cost to be cleaned. Nor was any explanation of the cost given verbally. I was not told there would be any «special» process involved to clean either of my dresses. The clerk looked at it for a minute and said its not real leather which I already knew. She reiterated this although I’m not sure why. The clerk also knew that it was my first visit because she asked me. Perhaps she should have explained the evaluation process and advised me at the time of my dropoff that this particular dress was going to be extra, on top of extra. Even more confusing, it’s rung up as leather, when it is not! This is clearly on the ticket (attached).

Great place! They are prompt, they actually clean your clothes and get the stains out. Once they missed something and THEY noticed it when they handed the clothes to me, took it back to clean again with a great turnaround time. I have yet to have any lost clothing and their rates are decent. After moving to Houston and going through 4 bad dry cleaners, the one closest to me happens to be the best. Awesome!

Sofa King GOOD. Pro Cleaners must be in a Professional League of Cleaners because they are at the top of their game! I had two dress shirts that had «irremovable» stains (blood from a cut and silver ink) according to other cleaners. I brought them both to Pro Cleaners and they disappeared! I have been going here ever since.
Four things are needed for a good laundromat.
1. They get your stuff clean. Check
2. They don’t lose your clothes. Check
3. They are prompt. One day turn around. Check.
4. The prices don’t destroy you. Check.
I would give Pro Cleaners 5 stars except for the not so friendly attitude I have received a couple of times. They send coupons in the mail for saving money in this tough economy!

If you have nice clothes and want to keep them that way do NOT take them here! I recently started a new job and wanted to find a dry cleaner close by. I hadn’t heard of any good places and had to get some clothes cleaned and came across this place. I just picked up my stuff today only to find a pair of dress pants (I paid $ 130 for) that have only been worn 3 times and hadn’t even been dry cleaned before… Shredded. The lining was totally shredded and there was a hole in the back seam!!! Not only that another pair of pants shrunk! Needless to say tomorrow I will be going back to get a refund and insist my brand new, well made pants ate paid for. If this does not happen there will be much more to come for this review!
