Love this place. Been using them for a couple years now since a friend recommended them to me. They always do a great job and it’s not too difficult to find a coupon online to cut down the cost a little.

I arrived at 6:56pm and the doors were shut and lights were off and the girl behind the counter was in the process of closing the register. She would not open the door or give me my clothes that I need for an event out of town tomorrow morning. I tried pointing to the clock and the hours sign on the door to highlight the fact she shouldn’t be closed yet, but she basically pointed to her pile of receipts and said «too bad.» I understand I was cutting it close, but 7:00pm means 7:00pm. Customers shouldn’t suffer because the girl working the counter wants to get off work early. I will pick up my clothes next week and never be back.
