Purchased a custom Planet Eclipse CS1 here from John J. These markers aren’t cheap and I’d gladly spend my hard earned money here again. John was helpful in answering all my questions and they did what they could to make sure I would get my marker before weekend practice. Definitely worth stopping in and checking out.

I’ve purchased two guns with the help of the staff and I am very happy with both purchases. The service has been great and they explained how to use any equipment purchased in a way anyone can understand.

If you haven’t been to Houston’s number one paintball store yet you’re missing out. Pro Edge has excellent service! Their employees are knowledgeable and helpful. Being a female paintball player I never feel like they look down on me nor do they act like I don’t know anything. They are always smiling and kind. They have everything you could imagine in stock and if they don’t most of the time they can get it for you. I would recommend this place to everyone!

They offer free lifetime maintenance on any marker purchased from them. Their staff is professional and they don’t just sell gear for a living they actually play the game. They have a wide selection of markers ranging from entry level all the way up to professional and scenario gaming. You can find tons of gear including masks, jerseys/​pants, camo and pod packs.
Have a marker that doesn’t work? Even if you didn’t buy it from pro edge they can fix it for a reasonable price. If you just need a part and can do it yourself chances are they have it in stock.
If you paint ball or woods ball and have never been to Pro Edge you need to stop by and check this place out.

Just got my Etek checked and fixed quickly from a leak. Only $ 2 for what I thought would be $ 5-​$ 8. I purchased some Formula 13 Paint, which is a great all around accurate paintball product; when I checked out, the employee whom fixed my gun with precision also offered to check the paintballs himself to see in order to leave more secure for my game day, therefore preventing any disappointment with my purchase.
My first time here and I can already tell that these employees are experienced in the game, knowledgable, respect all tiers of players, and understand the necessities of having a good ball game.
Also, their selection is of great quality, in fresh condition, and much of their inventory and items are ones that you would think you could only purchase straight from the Companies and manufacturers such as Dye. Everything worked out well.

I have been to other paintball stores in Houston and Pro Edge is by far the best.
Their customer service is great. They are all very knowledgable about all of the products that they carry and the sport.
You can ask them about any gun and they will honestly tell you their opinion and not just try to sell you the highest priced gun there.
If your into paintball or new to the sport Pro Edge is the place to go.

This is the best paintball pro shop in Houston and in Texas. If you are looking for anything involved in paintball don’t even bother wasting time at other shops. John and his guys will do whatever it takes to make sure you go home happy and get to the field with the best equipment you can afford.
I have been a customer for over 4 years, and will never go anywhere else. Don’t bother with internet sales, or academy or any other sporting good stores. The information and helpfulness that they have can not be compared.
I only recommed going to Proedge.

Pro Edge was recommended to me as the best place to buy paintball gear in Houston, and having been there, I second that endorsement. Not only do they offer competitive pricing, but included with your marker purchase is lifetime repair and maintenance service as well as membership in their VIP program, which gets you future savings on gear and discounts to local paintball fields.
All that being said, I was most impressed with their service. I am not a hard-​core paintball pro. I’m a thirty-​something who likes to have some fun shooting with his buddies. Typically, when I go into specialty stores, I am used to being patronized by a staff who is too busy stroking their own egos to help me. That was not the case at Pro Edge. Their staff appreciated my interest in the sport, was incredibly helpful, helped me make the right purchase decisions (didn’t oversell), and was patient with me as I asked questions.
I felt valued, appreciated, and encouraged, and I feel like I got a great deal. I highly recommend Pro Edge.

By far some of the best customer service! If they don’t have what you need on stock, John, Kyle or Matt (Fuzzy) will be sure to assist in getting it for you.

They will match any price point advertized on the web. In addition they offer free tech/​maintenance services on the stuff you buy. How can you beat that?!

Owner is very knowledgeable and used to play some pro. If he doesn’t have something in stock, he can get it to you pretty quick. What I really like, is if you buy a marker from him, then he’ll fix it for free if you ever have any problems.
