I really enjoy the Chicken Vincent. The Caesar salad is delicious as well. This is a great place for quick counter service Italian.

This is our go to restaurant when we don’t feel like cooking. We order the same thing like clockwork. I get the Chicken Vincent, which is so delicious and my boyfriend gets the half chicken. You order at the counter, but everyone is always friendly. Food is good and consistent.

Not a great value by my definition but it’s a tasty order at the counter lunch spot, and DO have the gelato! It’s always clean, comfortable, and delicious. I tend to stick with pasta here just because my craving for pasta is usually what motivates my visit, but their roasted chicken is also great, and I have never had anything here that wasn’t very enjoyable. This restaurant is good for vegetarians, and the salads don’t disappoint, vegetarian or not!

This place used to be good for some quick Italian but last night it was really bad. It was too salty and tasted like a microwave meal. It wasn’t fresh and we didn’t want to finish our dishes. I’d recommend Riva’s right down the street instead. A lot more quantity and taste for the same price. Don’t bother here.

My fav Italian place. The delicious recipe styles found at restaurants like Vincent’s(owned by same people), a good price and fast! I highly recommend and will continue to visit here!

The chicken Caesar salad is a must try! I do wish it had a true chicken breast on it & not half of one.

OH… My God! This restaurant is the reason I continue to try out new hot spots and remain a foodie lol! Pronto is one of those kind of places you don’t hear about but is a remarkable restaurant that offers exquisite and authentic flavor of Italy. Forget Olive Garden this place will make you forget Olive Garden even exists. My recommendation, try the House Special called the«Chicken Vincent» it’s one of the best dishes I’ve ever had! The friendly service and awesome personalities make you feel like you’re walking into an establishment owned by your own friends. I can’t even remember the last time I felt so welcomed into a dining establishment. This place gets my 5 stars for sure!!! Bravo guys! Keep up the awesome work!

Had the Chicken Vincent which was good. Thin, just a little crunch from the breadcrumbs and a hint of parmesean and lemon with artichoke on top. The green beans were a decent side. The garlic rolls were just ok, could’ve been warmer and a little softer.

Maybe I just keep ordering the wrong thing or something, but everything seems below average and pricey. I love that they deliver, so we tried it a few times, but it’s just not worth it. I don’t plan to ever eat in-house either, even though the place looks nice from the outside.

I just called to place an order and was hung up on. When I went inside to find out who it was the manager pointed him out and and instead of apologizing he decided to roll his eyes and laugh. Then proceeded to go to the kitchen and laugh with everyone else in there. Only call here if you want to be disrespected like I was!

Food was good, but was served cold! The crème brûlée was served over cooked, it was suppose to be pudding-like, but came out chunky. The only thing that was satisfactory was the service, at least they smiled.

The rotisserie lemon chicken is fantastic. The food is fresh and the people are generally nice… At the Holcomb location they have curbside pick up which is an awesome perk they also have a rigatoni ravioli that’s amazing

This place should be in a big shopping mall in the Midwest somewhere, not in Montrose. It’s no Olive Garden, in that it’s worse. It took forever to get our food and, although there’s a line visible cooking and preparing food, the food is just not very good. It is a chain and the food is bland and overpriced.

Every time we go here the food is great and comes out very quick. I have to say my favorites are the little pizzas, get two they are personal pizzas and reasonably priced.

I have indeed had better Italian food. My Penne Carleone was salty, but at least it had whole wheat pasta. This place is, however, great for dining with large groups, kids, or a super casual Sunday night dinner. That’s what we wanted. We wanted a low key, casual, turkey-free Sunday dinner before returning to work today. So, we had one. Their food could use better control of spices(salt) and perhaps some interesting options for holidays would be a nice touch. And, as expected, their dessert was fabulous. We had the tiramisu to-go, so we could devour it on the couch while watching some necessary Netlfix sustenance. So, perhaps, I would consider this place if I were throwing a party since they deliver for a not-so costly amount. If we’re stuck with lots of family who have lots of allergies, then this is the place to be. They offer gluten-free and whole wheat pasta!

I came here for the first time for a birthday dinner. We had a large party and opted to sit out on the patio. The chef came out and asked us how many people were in our party. The restaurant was not that busy when we arrived, so I’m sure the employees were bracing themselves for the mad rush of dinner orders. I opted for the Pasta Carleone. The dish was good, but I was disappointed with the chicken. It was dark meat rotissere chicken and it just wasn’t that good. The pomodoro sauce was a little salty, but overall the dish was pretty good. I really liked the cheese mixed with the pasta in the sauce. The portion was a nice size. I ended up saving half of it for lunch the next day. I also had a couple of garlic rolls which were pretty good. I wanted to try some of the gelato, but I didn’t have room for dessert. The staff is really friendly and brought the food out fast, especially since we did have a party of about 20 people. The weather was really nice so the patio was a great option, except at one point, a homeless man kept asking us for money. He wouldn’t leave us alone even after some of the party gave him money. Finally the chef came out and asked him to leave. He did not come back after that. It kind of brought the mood down, but I was appreciative of the staff stepping in. I would like to come back and try some of the gelato or maybe the lemon garlic chicken. Hopefully the chicken will be better than the pieces I had in my entrée.

I thought the cold spuds was a one off, nope. And this time they were lumpy too! Portions of sides have gotten smaller. Appetizers are overpriced, 2 pieces of fried cheese(which was just ok) and the spinach dip was small(albeit it was tasty). Not as good as the 1st time we visited!

Had a house full of sick folks(better half and our little man) and not wanting to cook I asked what she wanted, immediately came the response«Salmon from Pronto». Ok, well the prices are way up, and the portions are way smaller these days but I don’t have to cook, and that’s what she’s wanting — so fine. Call up, put on hold for 5 minutes, thinking they’re busy(which they weren’t). Come in to pick it up(and the place is 90% empty — yet they still leave customers on hold for 5+ minutes) and the guy working the counter says that will be $ 14.02, I hand him a $ 20 bill and two pennies, he puts it in the drawer and walks off. At this point I had to stop him and say hey buddy what about my change!!! Seriously tried to bilk me out of my change! She enjoyed her food but said for $ 14 the portion was paltry. I doubt we’ll ever eat here again, thieves!

So the boyfriend really loves Italian food, and I don’t really, but you gotta indulge the ones you love sometimes. Even if he won’t let you adopt another cat because he doesn’t care about you and your cat’s happiness. .. ahem. Lunch time here seems to be a reasonably well attended, but not to the point where you have to hunt for seating. We ordered at the countered and the Capellini Siciliana can be veganized, supposedly. Angel hair pasta typically doesn’t contain egg as far as I know and the cashier half-heartedly checked and agreed with me. There was a bit of a wait in receiving our items, which arrived with modest slices of garlic bread(not vegan obviously) and I would have to say — portions aren’t really generous. Not that they should be because I’m an entitled fat American, goshdarnit! But for Olive Garden lunch prices, it’s like a third of Olive Garden’s portion sizes. And I’m not loving on Olive Garden at all, but my pasta was probably on par with Olive Garden’s quality. There was maybe a teaspoon’s worth of eggplant, black olives, and capers, combined. Okay maybe an whole tablespoon’s worth, but dang Pronto, why even bother? The marinara itself was pretty unmemorable, which might be unfair to say, but I can make some kickbutt marinara myself, so there’s that pompous declaration. It wasn’t completely terrible, but I can’t say I’ll be scampering to come back here any time soon.
