I was looking for a storage facility and visited this one, which is near my house. The facility Manager, Sherrell, escorted me around the property and showed me the unit that I was looking for. She gave top class service and filled me in on the other amenities when we returned to the office. The unit that I looked at was not climate controlled, and I wanted to consider one that was. She referred me to another Public Storage facility close by and called ahead so that the Manager there would be looking for me. Top class service all the way. Mike

Pretty much standard storage. So far, no problems with management or the staff. No fancy bells and whistles.

If I could give no stars I wouldn’t. It’s your regular Public Storage. No big deal. But when you are working with a franchise I think it’s important that the Regional Manager keeps track of the kind of employees they have working in the field. Ebony is the worst, most unprofessional, and most misinformed location manager I’ve ever dealt with. I won’t get into specifics but as an office manager myself I’d hope that the location manager would know what she was talking about when she tells me we can do something via fax. Later she says,(after everything has been done by fax and mailed over) that Public Storage policy is they have to have both parties in person in the office. Didn’t anyone cover this in how to be a Public Storage Location Manager 101??? What a waste of time and efforts. Had I been informed from the beginning that they couldn’t help me I would’ve looked for other ways immediately. Instead they had me for three weeks, tracking down one person to sign and fax and bla bla bla… Then icing on the cake. Try to get a hold of them. I tried for 4 days. I called various times during the day and all I got was a machine. There’s another girl who would probably make a better manager. Deandrea I think her name was. Overall, it amazes me the unprofessional way of managing this place. It’s like they are sitting around gossiping and telling lies to my customer after they misled me for three weeks. I hope Public Storage considers giving training in the basic policy of it’s company as well as how to maintain a PROFESSIONAL business, starting with DON’T LIEANDGOSSIPABOUTONECUSTOMERTOANOTHERCUSTOMER! Simple enough?
