The nature of my career and life style has caused me to have a long history of storage centers around the U. S and I can honestly say that Self Storage One has been a great experience. I’ve used this facility at Richmond Ave. in Houston Texas for close to seven years and have had zero problems, none what so ever. How many times can one use any item or service and say you’ve never ever had any issues at all, amazing. If you need to store your whatever’s, this is your place. Can not recommend more highly. Five Star’s ! I released my storage unit yesterday and the help I received from Abner was welcomed and he made it a simple straight forward process and another example of the ease of using this facility.

Abner was super helpful and answered all of my questions. He showed me a unit and I signed my lease right away. He even explained that my renters insurance would cover my unit so I didn’t waste $ 8/​month. Awesome customer service!

Very clean and well maintained facility. Office staff is friendly and helpful. The prices are competitive and they have 50% off rent for the first 3 months.
