Horrible customer service. I’m an extremely good customer who has even prepaid the monthly fees. In return, the property manager brushed me off to customer service. Customer brushed me off to the district manager. Three phone calls to the DM and a week later I never received a call. 2 more calls to customer service with each rep being even less helpful than the previous. When I finally did get a call back from the DM, I was told I needed to call customer service. Are you serious?
This experience has been mind numbing and ugly. PLAIN UGLY.

I obtained a storage at this location. The storage was clean, and there wasn’t much activity there which is a good thing. The representative Dianne was awesome. She gave me just what I needed without the pushy up selling. She made sure my code worked and I knew how to get in and out. Dianne was very personable, nice, and good at her job.
