I got a pricing and set apart my unit via the customer service public storage phone number. They let me know the manager from the location would be reaching out to me in the next hour or so. Not even 10 minutes and I received a call from Jason about setting up an appointment to view the unit and fill out the paperwork. I got there and was promptly greeted by Jason and he let me know the security features of that location and who to contact incase of anything as well as the times. We went over to the unit I had set apart but it was smaller than I expected thankfully jason was prepared and had a list of other units that were available. After showing me another one we went back to fill out the paperwork and he explained everything I was signing and what exactly that meant whether it applied to me or not. He gave me my copies of the paperwork and I was on my way. Overall pretty quick process, super nice staff, and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend

Looking for a drive-in unit to stare a car for a few months, found a winter special rate here that was unbeatable. The reservation taken by Jason, and the account setup done by Alan were both fast, courteous, and fun. Very convenient location just off Westheimer outside the Loop. Only small downside is that monthly billing is calendar month based, and prorating is only done up to 6th of the month. It should be prorated no matter what departure date in the month. But the rate is indeed good.

Don’t bother if you will be storing longer than 6 months. On the 6th month, you will get a letter raising your rates by almost 10%. Calls to customer service were met with bullying and, in my case, a comment that I must be a loser to be living with family while all my stuff i stored in a different city. So, it’s not so much about the Hullsmith location than about Public Storage in general. The only think they are right about in my case is that I can’t do anything about it, but I can write this…
