Best Public Storage in Houston! They really went the extra mile. Gari bent over backwards to assist me with my storage and moving needs. Highly recommended.

Completely unprofessional. No one would help me. I had to wait outside for over 30min during operation hours and watched the two employees walk away towards the back of storage facility after seeing me and 2 customers waiting outside.

Gari is amazing!!! I started a new business and couldn’t find a box large enough to ship a headboard. Gari came up with a creative solution to use a TV box. She showed me different tricks to ship the headboard safely. She was so kind and genuine. I’ve never used public storage before but I will again! Thank you!!!
