Public Storage

I stored my furniture here for a year. When I finally went to move my furniture into my new place vermit’s (rats) were living and dying inside of my furniture. Movers refused to move the furniture and warned me of the health hazard. There was rat urine and fecal manner all over my furniture. My furniture was also full of mold and mildew because the unit was not properly ventilated for an outside unit. I had to dispose of all of my living room, dining room, and three bedrooms of furniture. Insurance (the company recommended by the storage facility) offered me $ 250. And advised me that they are not responsible for vermit’s damage. I called Public Storage Customer Service and Tery let me know that this problem was between me and the insurance company. I have called and left a few messages with the district manager. I have yet to hear from her. I want Public Storage to know that I will pursue this matter and I will give you another call Mrs. district manager. I have had to purchase all new furniture at my expense because I trusted you. Your TV logo is «we treat your stuff like our own» I don’t think so.

Emplyoies are kind and seem happy to be able to help customers and inform customers of storage units. I recommend this location to anyone looking to store their items. The service here is for a good price as well!
