Quality Inn & Suites

I give this place 4 stars because I relied on safely leaving my car here for a weekend while flying out for a trip. They had really affordable pricing to park your car here overnight… a price so low I was almost worried it was too good to be true! A shuttle comes on time to take you to and from the airport. All you have to do is call the hotel and they call the shuttle. Also, the hotel offered me breakfast while waiting. I came back to my car with everything exactly how I left it. I will definitely trust this place if I need to leave my car to fly out on a trip again.

Great place to stay for a lower price. The breakfast was awesome and there was a piano player as well. Great job management team at this location.

First off after waiting for an hour to get in parking lot I fixed the gate myself to get in. Tv comes in and out and has no good channel line up. Laundry room light is blown and ask for bulb they said that’s a maintenance job and he’s off till Monday so done laundry in dark. Breakfast consist of waffles, toast, bagels, and muffins. My room door don’t even lock can push open at any time!

I spent $ 126, including tax for this hotel and am sorry I did. I tried to contact the hotel to inquire about shuttle service from the airport — I didn’t hear a human voice for 15 minutes. I was expecting a free shuttle but found out I needed to reserve 12 hours in advance. FYI, you can expect to pay $ 40, including tip, one way from the airport to the hotel. The roll out sofa bed was awful. It was uncomfortable and stained — so three of us shared the king bed. The hotel is right near the highway and although our room didn’t face the highway side, it was loud and I was awoken by a trash truck at 1 a.m. I contacted the manager who did nothing to compensate for my dissatisfaction and I feel utterly ripped off.

Nice, clean and inexpensive for proximity to Houston. Right next to freeway but didn’t hear it. Typical hotel breakfast. Whole place could use a fresh coat of paint and new linens. And I really hate those small pillows! Who the heck made that decision for hotels?! I mainly want a clean room with TV and air that works. This hotel gives you exactly what you pay for it.

This hotel was a steal. You can’t beat the price. It was clean and the beds were super comfy! The only complaint I have was the smell!

This is the best Quality Inn I ever stayed. I’m a budget traveler and this is a great discovery for the value. $ 70 per night.
