Like the others that wrote reviews, I was not pleased by having to hear a sales pitch but I was honestly expecting one. No one is going to just give away $ 25 gift cards and NOT give you a sales pitch. The salesman was not pushy or desperate. The units were not cheap but no water softener system is. I heard them out and I actually signed up seeing as I was already frustrated with our hard water problem already. Installers came 2 days later and were extremely helpful. I did not want my system outside, I wanted it in my garage but there was a considerable pile of leftover bricks in the way. They were happy to help me move them. They were quick, courteous and very careful with my home. They were also knowledgeable about the product that they were installing. They told me, in detail, how to properly maintain my new system. It’s been about a month, I just called them, this morning, to service some of the equipment(I didn’t want to break anything). I spoke to REALPEOPLE! Scheduling a technician was quick and covered under warranty(NOTRIPCHARGE!). So far, I’m pleased. No real complaints, other than the initial price…

They offer a «free water quality check», promise not to push any products or services on you and offer you a free gift card. Well… not so much! The appointment didn’t take 30 minutes but instead pushing 1 hour and 30 minutes. There is very high pressured sales and a car sales feeling of trying to exhaust you so you make a snap decision. The sales person tried to force us to make a snap decision multiple times and then became rude and even more pushy when we wanted to talk about it and make a decision tomorrow. It ended up the sales person trying to tell us we are being unfair by not letting her tell us more and that we wasted her time. She grew more and more rude and wouldn’t leave. We had to ask her to leave three times. I told her to get her stuff and go and she kept on arguing and raising her voice at us. After we told her we wanted to do more research on the company before making an $ 8k decision she seemed enraged. Telling us that she can give us all the information we needed. I was holding the door open and telling her to get out. It was horrible! All of this in front of our three kids. Oh and no free gift card at the end of this either. It was a lie and so was the promise of the tech not trying to push anything on us. We were considering the products however after the experience we had there is no way we want to deal with this company ever again. And this is the experience in a nut shell so you can imagine.
