I literally should have flushed $ 125 down the toilet. He spent the entire time on the phone telling someone they were almost finished and would be there soon. This was maybe 15 min after he started. I could have cleaned it better myself and currently am due to the rush job that was worthless. An absolute joke! went re-mop and the floor started to bubble due to the soap left on the floor that was sticking to my shoes. Dirt all over the floor, just an obvious lack of peoples hard earned money while it was the easiest money he ever made. Garbage!

Was reluctant to hire R&L Professional Cleaning Service off of craigslist as they had no reviews. Ramon ended up handling my phone call and showing up at my house to clean my entire house for a price in line with other competitors in the Houston area. I was very pleased with the result, and happy to have received the service.
A lot of maid services will charge you for all these little things, but Ramon’s fair pricing at R&L Professional Cleaning Service is the real deal.
He does a great job, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning in general. I hope this review will at least ease some of the worries for new customers as I wish somebody would have posted a review before receiving service. He is the real deal — do yourself a favor and sign up!
