R&R Carpet Cleaning

I had Robert come out today to clean/​remove dirt and dog urine stains from a king sized mattress and a 11×19 wool and silk blend area rug. I emailed an inquiry to the business last night through their website and got a very timely response. I booked the appointment online and he arrived today 30 minutes early. The whole process took him the hour and a half that he quoted. I am very happy with the results! He was courteous and professional. We even had a chuckle when I tried to help move the living room furniture with pitiful results. So I let him have at it and it seemed easy enough for him! At the end of the appointment he walked me through the work and said that if the deodorizer was too strong or if the rug kept a wet smell that he’d come out and fix it. I thought the pricing for services was very fair, and I received/​paid the invoice through email. I will use R&R cleaning in the future of I ever need this type of cleaning again.

My carpet and microfiber furniture looked insanely terrible! Dingy, dirty, stained, just gross! I had last had my carpet done about a year ago, and since then, my children had wrought total havoc upon it. I took advantage of the Christmas holiday time and decided to get the furniture and living room carpet plus hall cleaned up.
The place I had used last year did a great job, but was unfortunately closed down. I looked for other places close to my location on Unilocal.One place sounded incredibly professional, but was going to charge around $ 500 for the furniture (loveseat, couch, recliner) and living room carpet. That was way more than I wanted to spend. Eventually I decided to call R&R due to their one good review.
Robert quoted me over the phone based on my description the price of $ 250 for the furniture and the couch, and assured me this quote would not change. He directed me to make an appointment online and stated he would be available the very next morning, which was surprising to me because it was New Year’s Eve. Robert came by exactly 5 minutes early from the 9:30 am appt. block. He got to work right away, moved furniture around himself, and was very courteous. He stated before hand the job would take around 3 hours and that he would use green cleaning products that would be safe for our kids and pets. The whole job did take 3 hours, conveniently Robert accepted PayPal, which was easy for us. Also, He did a great job!!! The carpet looks new again and our hopeless furniture looks amazing, and it was all dry by the next morning. I am very pleased with our experience, and will definitely use R&R again in the future.

I called R&R Cleaning to help with carpets and furniture. I have 2 cats who seem to think furniture is the place to hurl hairballs. The stains were very noticeable no matter what I did to clean them. R&R came in and was able to remove all traces. I was most impressed. And more importantly, they do not use harsh or harmful chemicals for cleaning. So my cats were safe since keeping them out was not an option. Where you are, so they sit. I hardily recommend R&R for any carpet, furniture, etc cleaning you have. They are fast and efficient. He came in did the work and was gone before I knew he was done. Very nicely done!

With 2 puppies tearing up my house, I decided I was long overdue for both mattresses to be cleaned — and the carpet and rugs as well. I called R&R Carpet Cleaning after doing a search for mattress cleaning and reading his reviews on CitySearch. Robert quoted me a reasonable price and on time (early actually), courteous, professional and took his time explaining that his products were safe for the animals. I highly recommend R&R. I will definitely be using them again — in fact, I asked Robert to put me on a regular schedule. I feel lucky to have found this company.
