Went to Red Carpet this week. Very nice service though manicure chipped two days later

It was a nice experience. They do an awesome job on pedi and short nails. Long nails is not their thing to me, theirs a guy who does nails, he’s good woith short nails but long nails no no no! So overall I’ll just perfer to get my toes done here. botttom line!

I was very pleased with the pedicure from Nina today. Very professional, extremely courteous and a great attitude with a pleasant smile.
As a man I did not feel uncomfortable there and will certainly be back.
I did not want a manicure at first, but because she was so good I got one anyway.
They took me without an appointment and apologized to me for the 15– minute wait.

I went in for the first time on a Thursday & nobody offered me a drink. But aside from that Amy did an amazing job. I had been going to Lush & Co and you pay a lot but when you have specific requests they don’t do a great job. This salon did an amazing job doing exactly what I wanted. Not disappointed at all!

I tried this place based on a friend’s recommendation and I am totally in love! Everyone is so nice and professional and the atmosphere is so peaceful. Vivian gave me the mom to be pedicure and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you!

This is my edited review. One week ago I came and had a terrible experience. Lucy the owner called me after my review and told me she would make it all better. Lucy is a very sweet lady. And she kept her word. She had Steven fix my manicure. Steven is very good and easy to communicate with. My shape was perfect. The polish was even and I was very satisfied. Although I wasn’t pleased the first time I am glad that Lucy called and corrected all my issues. Thank you again Lucy! Try Steven bc he’s good at what he does.
I tried this place two or three years ago. Made an appointment to try it again. Definitely a different experience this time around. I got a shellac mani and pedi. I upgraded my pedi to the seacret $ 55 pedi and added shellac which was $ 15. I got a shellac manicure $ 30. My bf got the same pedicure and a regular manicure and his services were $ 70. In any normal experience I would not mind paying that amount of money. BUT this experience was horrible! I did not enjoy or relax one bit. The ladies never asked if I wanted to cut down my nails or how I wanted them to be shaped. They just started on their own. When I stopped the technician and asked for square nails with rounded corners. She replied very square. I do for you. But indeed I did not want very square. So I explained again. She replied the same. So I asked if she spoke English. She took out her head phones from her ear and said excuse me. So this entire time she was barely listening to me. Which is very frustrating. I have never been to a salon that has just started cutting and shaping my nails without even asking me what I wanted. The woman doing my pedicure rolled her eyes at me a few times. She cut my big toe as she was roughly working on my cuticles and she had no interest in a conversation with me because the three woman working on us were too busy speaking in their language. The shallec on my nails has bubbles. And after my toes were complete she started to remove the skin from underneath my toe. That should have taken place during the pedicure. Not after she painted my toes.

I came back after the last time I went wasn’t so great. Maybe the third time is a charm! I will admit I was very nervous at first and a little worried. Nina took her time with me and was very sweet. She went through the colors and constantly asked me if I was ok. Lol. (Tbh I wasn’t) I love her spirit and appreciate the time she took to do my nails. I will definitely come back agian thanks to her and lucy. :)

The salon has changed owners again, since my previous post and the service has improved dramatically. I have always considered this salon has a higher end spa and not just another nail place and now the service has returned to that standard. I have been in twice now since the change and I am pleased. I really like the fresh lemons and cucumbers and other fruit that they have incorporated in the pedicure packages. The last time I was there I brought my husband, my daughter and her boyfriend. I think the guys would have preferred a beer option over the wine but that is just a suggestion and not a complaint.

I always come here and I am always satisfied. Yes prices are a little more than most places but the quality is amazing! Ann always does my nails and Christine my pedicure! I am always satisfied! They are extremely clean and the pedicures are amazing! I highly recommend this place!

I needed someone to work a miracle on my feet and thankfully I chose this place, the paraffin wax was very helpful on my cracked heels. However I feel that the shellac full set could have been better. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the shape or color, but the design that I requested was no where near. Bottom line don’t request any designs, anything else they can do

I tried this place on Friday for the first time. It was a good experience. Unfortunately my shellac nails started chipping on a few finger nails. I think it was an innocent mistake with either polish or light machine they use, not sure. So I came back today and the manager Lucy was sooooo professional, nice and took care of my nails herself and redid the ones that needed it. I appreciated that very much. She was so understanding and wanted to make sure I was happy.
The pedicure I got Friday still looks great and here are my shellac nails. I will surely come back. It’s clean, nice and relaxing. They offer you water as well. :)

Tina and Nina are awesome, but not sure you would ever have a bad experience here, no matter who your tech was. Full service at Red Carpet. .it’s all about you! Thank you to Red Carpet, and Tina for a great birthday «spa day»!

My regular friend Kimmie moved on so I had to trust they would hook me up with someone just a good or better and they did. Ms. Nina was absolutely wonderful & so extremely polite! A little ruff on my big toes but they needed much help anyway (lol). The massage was the BEST especially on my neck and shoulders.

This salon has great service! I have been coming here for almost 3 years and all of the staff has been friendly and accommodating. Prices have gone up a bit since I’ve been coming here, however, that’s to be expected with any business. The quality of service is great — I’ve never been let down by RC Nail Spa. I’ll continue to refer my friends here.

I use to love this place but now they’re under new management. I made an appointment for 3 & when we walked in the ladies were very hesitant to help us because the 3 included my 7 year old daughter & my 9 year old niece. We sat in the pedicure water for 45 minutes with no technician to help us. Others walked in and were seated and helped right away. We ended up drying off our feet and started walking out when the manager tried to stop us. She said that she was sorry and it’s her fault that they «FORGOT» about us. I was so upset! By the way I was taking my daughter for her birthday.
We will not be back.

Love this place! They are so polite and excel in nails ! I’m very picky on nails salons and they met my standards. Everything is clean and new. I had Nina and she was perfect at my shellac manicure and eyebrow wax. Worth every dime here. They have an amazing collection of colors and love that they are open Sundays.

So this is my third visit to this shop. My first visit I was given Kayla to do my nails. Told her I was transitioning from acrylic to shellac/​gel. She took her time explain to me that because of the damage of wearing acrylic nails for 20 plus years I’d have to be patient w/​my nail growth & strength. She is AMAZING at what she does. She has a permeant client w/​me.
Lana did my first pedi here & did an great job. But tonight I got Melissa (Lana was off), oh Melissa is the end all be all for pedis (at least for me). She took her time getting the in grown nails, the massage made my night, none of that super soft massage here. She worked my arch & toes
Thanks to Kayla & Melissa for making me feel all put together again & making me laugh.
Next time I have to try the neck massage.

I’ve been going to this salon since the end of May and I’ve been very pleased with the staff and level of customer service! I usually ask for Christine to do my nails and Amy to do my toes. Those two together are a power house duo!
The only reason I didn’t give this nail salon 4 or 5 stars, is because the last two times I went, my nails underneath the acrylic nails have been very brittle. This last time, Christine didn’t do my nails, but someone else did and I had the acrylic stick to my natural nail and it was very difficult/​painful to get that off.
I’m giving my nails a break now, but if this brittleness continues, I might look else where because I’ve never had this experience before coming here. :(I’d really hate to leave though because the customer service and time dedicated to each customer here is soooooo wonderful. So we shall see. But I would recommend to try this place out for sure!

Called at 6:15 to ask about their hours, and when they told me they closed at 7, they still encouraged me to come in. We walked in and my boyfriend immediately commented on how nice the place was.
I sat down for a full set and was amazed by the variety of powder colors they have available. Tim did an absolutely beautiful job. He takes his time and really makes sure that everything is perfect. My nails are the perfect thickness, a beautiful concentrated color throughout, and super shiny. This is the nicest my nails have ever looked.
My boyfriend even opted for a pedi after seeing how relaxing and beautiful the salon was. This was his first time trying it out, and he won’t stop telling me how wonderful his feet feel.
Icing on the cake: the staff is super friendly, and they offer beer and wine.
We’ll be back. Regularly.
