Horrible experience tonight! Pushed the button and was ignored the first time. Pushed the button again and someone took our order. We ordered 2 small drinks and a large fry. We realized that they had charged us for a medium so we pushed the button again to let them know we wanted a small. The employee said okay and then completely ignored us and changed nothing. I’ve been to this sonic during the day and it seems to run smoothly, but beware if you go at night. Terrible communication and customer service.

When I tried to order the girl immediately told me to pull up to a closer stall even though the one I was at was only a few away from the window. I tried telling her that they were all full but she had already hung up the line. I then WAITED30MINUTES for a jr cheeseburger and a corndog. I would have left but I had already paid. I finally paged them again and they didn’t even know what my order was. The manager was nice about the situation and comped my meal but the whole experience was terrible.

I’m at Sonic, car battery died while waiting for food(that’s nobody’s fault). I’ve asked every customer if they have jumper cables and ‘no’ is the standard response. So I’ve called a friend to come help me out. In the meantime, I asked the Sonic car hop if it would be possible to get a refill on my soda. I’m sorry(head tilt with pouty face), we don’t «do» refills. I’m already stuck at Sonic, wondering why no one offers to help. I asked the Sonic guy if anyone working might have cables — he never came back out to giver an answer. So here’s my question — what was the cost of a soda to help me have a better day? And what is the cost by passing an opportunity to do something kind? It’s not what you do that’s part or your job that counts. That’s kinda the baseline.

Go to this Sonic at least twice every week for the past five years so this is an overall review. Will drive out of my way to visit THIS particular Sonic. Here is why: THECUSTOMERSERVICE. I have NEVER, NEVER had an issue with the server staff(no managerial encounters). Most have been super awesome and although dealing with the Houston heat and(cough, cough) difficult customers, they are consistently pleasant and efficient. Yes, the food is questionable at some times and the wait times during peak times are horrendous, but this is a fast food restaurant where they take your food to your car. You are in your car, entertained by your phone/radio/DVD player/AC, get over it. I rarely order difficult food here, just the basics — even a corn dog or two have been raw or the french fries have been over salted. The drinks have been consistent and DELICIOUS. If you put extra strawberries in my Diet Strawberry limeade, I will love you forever. I have the Sonic app on my phone, and love that I can pay for my Sonic via my phone app. I wish I could purchase a Sonic giftcard from Kroger, so I could double fuel points, but you can only purchase them from a Sonic, at least to my knowledge.

Went tonight for dinner. Normally good service during lunch time but the«manager» Wendy was working and she was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and walked off from us trying to sort out why it was a 45 minute wait after wanting to give us half our food then wait for the rest. Food was cold, pineapple upside down shake completely melted, receipt said fries for the kids meal on receipt and we got tots. She never apologized yet the bus boy kept apologizing(he was very respectful and nice). We had an almost $ 30 order and got a $ 2 discount and one expired coupon for a «free burger» for inconvenience yet we had to buy a burger to get the free one. We watched Wendy at the window during our whole wait and she was just standing around and laughing while everybody else was working their butts off. Fast food is supposed to be decently quick like around 10 minutes. If I wanted to wait 45 minutes for my families dinner I could have gone to a steakhouse. First time we’ve ever had an issue at this location so the bad review is SOLELY based on Wendy and her horrible customer service to resolve an issue.

Worst sonic to go to. Ordered a sonic blast and a lemon berry slush at 2:35 pm. I pressed the button to ask when I would get it cause I had seen a few cars pull up and order after me and leave with their order. I left at 3:02 pm. 30 minutes later for 2 drinks that’s bullshit no fucking way it should ever take thst long when I’m at the walk up in the heat
