This place no longer exist. Me and my girlfriend were eagerly expected to find an awesome vintage store full of great vintage clothing and boots, but all we found was an empty white room.

This store has quickly become one of my favorite clothing stores in Houston. For obvious reason, their clothing pinpoints modern vintage fashion for the everyday man or woman. A few years ago I had come into this store, and I was slightly disappointed at the«costume attire,» but now their clothes are AMAZING! Modern vintage inspired dresses, swimsuits, casual everyday wear, jewelry, and lots of GORGEOUS shoes. For the men, they have salvaged denim and jackets, button ups, t-shirts, and some incredible locally made accessories, such as bags, wallets, rings, etc. When I visited for the first time in a few years just a few weeks ago, I happened to meet Victor. He picks out the shops clothing and buys from their vendors. He was extremely kind, and he has impeccable taste! He was totally committed to answering our questions, telling us about the shop, and giving fashion/style advice on their items. One thing I love above all about this store is the immediate sense of welcome. Being greeted and chatting with the employees makes you feel like you can come in and chill on the couch. It’s one of the most welcoming clothing stores I think I’ve been in. Not to mention, I love the look of the store. Very open and bright with plenty of inspired décor, such as a sweet road bike, art, and beautiful display pieces. I’m obsessed!

I love this vintage inspired shop. Recently purchased PF Flyers splash/water boots which came in handy during these rainy days. Ally(who is so pretty) helped me and was so nice. They have great one of a kind finds. My hubby and I will stop by again soon.

I love hats and shoes, and this place has many styles that I like. I bought a pair Foundation rain boots, which I can use in my profession, Landscape Architecture. They are rugged enough to wear to a job site on a rainy day, and stylish enough to wear for a meeting with a client. The salesperson was very helpful finding me the right size. I also bought a fedora, which I wear in cold weather. I received excellent advice on which one was best for my face type. I like to check back occasionally to view new merchandise. I like the friendly 19th Street atmosphere.

I love this place! The workers are really nice, remember you by name, and love to help out their customers! They remember your style so when you walk in on your next visit, they direct you to the new merchandise you have not seen. I shop here regularly and I always find something I love.

Went into the store to check the place out. Very minimalistic. No frills. But that’s what I like about it. You see all the clothes, shoes and accessories they have out on display. I met the owner(Brenden) today. Super cool guy. Showed me some new jeans that he just got in and then while walking around I saw some old school work shirts hanging on the wall. Brenden came over to talk about the Schoot Bros. Line that i was looking at. He gave me some background information about the design which was from the 1930’s era and made for the working class. The shirt pockets were different sizes and he went on to say that back then the right pocket was for your smokes and the left pocket had a double pocket(one hidden for a flask) and then I truly fell in love. Thanks for a great experience Brenden and can’t wait to give you more of my business in the future. Merry Christmas and hope the New Year brings you more prosperity.

I should have reviewed this business sooner. I absolutely love it here! I saw some amazing retro swimsuits earlier this year and I will be rocking one out in Costa Rica in just a few months! Recently I stopped by, right around Thanksgiving, and there was this gorgeous chick working the store. She looked amazing with all her tats and her pinup style! She was totally sweet and helpful too. I told her I was looking for a hat and we tried on a bunch until we found the perfect one. I wear it everywhere! I told my husband that I want another hat from RR for Christmas! See you guys soon!

Super cool place. Plenty of other restaurants and shops around. My favorite spot was definitely this one though. The customer service was super helpful, and had a great selection of sizes and brands that aren’t very easy to come by.

Dresses are unique, fun, and not too expensive. Can get away with wearing them to work, but they are sassy. I’ve bought shoes there too. Shoes are expensive, the ones I got are comfortable and get more comfortable the more I wear them. But my feet are extraordinarily picky. I crumble in pain in Nike’s and any other shoes that is soft(Cole Hann’s etc). I like structured shoes like Dansko. And the Samantha Pleets were great. I haven’t had to return anything. Haven’t had any issues with anything I bought there. Not what to say about Karly’s review. Most places don’t keep records of everything you buy unless you become a member(Costco, REI, etc). And therefore they need receipts. I hope the place does well. I like it.
