Redman Pools

Redman Pools is one of the worst contractor have come across. They are extremely non-​responsive via phone or emails. They also delayed the permitting process by 3 weeks as one of them forgot to file the permit with the city. They have messed up our pool by forgetting to install drainage and will not pay for it. Auto-​fill line leaks and they wont fix it. There is exposed gunite as they did not cover up all the patio with tile and they wont fix it. Their contractors messed up landscaping by destroying it as they filled dirt on top of grass. Usually its the other way around.
There is also high turnover in this company. So one person you talk to one day may not be the employed there the next and a new person takes over. I don’t know if they is usual but it has been the case for 5 months now at Redman just this year.
I suggest getting a copy of pool quote, copy of 3D model, pool plans, and have details of everything written in the contract including tile types and material selection as they play «bate and switch» approach. They try to get money for every small thing that you thought you were getting but they will pull «its not the contract».
Better yet, go find a better pool builder in Houston. There are lots of them out here. We already recommended a few others away from going to Redman Pools to have pools built.
