this place is pathetic, I wish I would give negative 7 stars to this place, NEVER EVER EVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE, i gave my wife’s dress to remove some stains, they charged $ 25 but didn’t get anything removed even after 21 days. I had to go there 4 times and still nothing was done. So I asked for refund and called this guy called Ali, this is owner or something like that, one of the worst person I ever had to deal with. No apology for their service. I asked this guy,” so is it like that, you do not give me service and you charge full amount to me”, he replied, «yes sir, it is like that, you give dress, we not clean, my men try, you pay we dnt give service. we charge for full service», I feel like he just stole $ 25 from me. When I told him that this is last time I am stepping in your shop and I would put bad reviews for you, he pretty much said that he didn’t care, NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AND DONOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE. I think this is their way to do business, they do not care if customer returns, but if they can rip customer off at first time, they would get moeny to survive. His last words as if he didnt care about customer service pissed me off

Prices were ridiculous. I was charged $ 52 dollars for 1 comforter, and 7 laundered shirts. Even with the groupon, it was more expensive than most cleaners. The lady at the counter was rude. She wouldn’t bother to count my items. It seemed like she was too disgusted to touch them so she made me count them in front of her. I brought my things in on a Monday morning and was told it would be ready by Thursday. I come back Thursday afternoon and she says it’s not ready, come back tomorrow. No apology given. Terrible customer service. Don’t waste your time or money here!

Don’t go there! It’s expensive, and on top of that, the quality of the cleaning is very low. They dry cleaned a satin robe, and it was full of stains afterwards. The same with a pair of elegant, light khaki pants. Unacceptable!
