The owner of RC Hobbies is probably one of the worst men to do business with. I bought my dad an airplane 4 days before Christmas as a gift. The salesperson there told me i can return it within 30 days, however, neglected to tell me that return actually meant exchange. Dad didn’t want it, so the next days we went back to return it. They argued and didn’t want us to return it. We called the bank to dispute it. The owner then wrote his statement that we still have the plane and stole it. We won the dispute and came back to leave the plane. The owner told us to leave the store immediately or he will call the cops. We just wanted to give them their stuff back, but kicked us out.
He is a bad man doing business and I will never recommend anyone to buy from him. He doesn’t deserve customers willing to buy his product. I will never go back there again. Disgusting.

My son and I buy all of our RC cars and gear from this store. They are extremely friendly and helpful and do not make us feel like idiots when we ask simple questions.
Their service is fantastic and they do not try to oversell me anything I do not need. I have a 7 year old son and we are just getting started with all of this RC stuff and will be customers of theirs for a long time.

I bought 2 ECX RC Trucks from them and during the first week one had a bad servo /steering control and the other the motor failed… I say back luck! Jarrett and his staff helped as best they could. They took back one of the vehicles and let me get another even though it had been used already. The other they swapped out the motor for free and I was out of there in less than 10 minutes! I give them 4 out of 5 stars only because I had to go back due to product issues. They provided great customer service — exactly what I want & expect in a local small business!
