Love this place, the staff are great. Wings, salad and veggie pizza are my favorite !

Absolutely terrible! This place is a disgrace to the Rosati’s name. The service was terrible and the Deep Dish Pizza was pathetic. Add to the fact that friends of the employees were allowed in the kitchen during food prep… not sure if that’s against health codes.(The lady was dressed in nurse scrubs.) This place is in an industrial zone and is half of a gas station, just like those fast food joints on the highway. When we got our pizza, after a 45 minute wait, it was lacking in sauce and the dough tastes old. I’ve attached a picture of this sad excuse for a pizza. Now, I was born and raised in Chicago and have had the best. When I lived in Las Vegas, I was blessed with being able to enjoy Rosati’s Pizza there, and the pizza was always fresh and delicious. This poor franchise isn’t a fraction of what those places were. I will not be going back!

When I found out that there was a new Italian restaurant minutes away from my workplace, I was very excited because there aren’t many options to choose from in this area. I didn’t expect to be so disappointed with the quality of the food and the accuracy of my order. I placed a to-go order for the cheef sandwich w/fries, but to my dismay, I opened my box at work only to find soggy fries with cheese plastered all over. I had also ordered a caesar salad w/grilled chicken and classic caesar dressing for my mother, but I was given Italian dressing. According to my mother, the grilled chicken on her salad was bland. I realize that I could have gone back to the restaurant to have my order corrected, but it was raining heavily that day and it was too much of a hassle for me to return. Regardless, I will never come back. The taste and quality of the food is just not worth it.

I am the rare deep dish pizza lover among thin crust lovers, so hearing that Rosati’s had landed in Galena Park, near where I am, I was excited and hopefully for pizza bliss. I ordered a small Veggie Pizza in which they charge $ 2 for each ‘veggie’. A small pizza was $ 24. Their ‘veggies’ were a few sliced tomatoes, white onions, and barely visable mushrooms. All of these were minimal. You’ll get a ‘high’ piled deep dish crust, but the sauce mixture was meh. There wasn’t much flavor in this pizza in itself. If you like red pepper, and parm cheese, then I guess you can call that ‘flavor’. Needless to say, I was disappointed, sorry, Rosati’s. I’m sure the patriarch and family were great people, but their pizza… not so much. Sorry folks!

Had the beef and chicken Chicago style pizza which was amazing. I liked the chicken better more but both were great. Would definitely go again, plus is having option for halal. It’s kind of far from central Houston but still worth the drive. The owner was very helpful and great customer service. One of the few places around to serve Chicago style pizza, must check out

Excellent Chicago style pizza available in Houston. Menu has a variety of items to select from. I highly recommend the fabulous four, any Chicago style pizza, and the wings! Good service and courteous staff. — Saad
