San Felipe Plaza

This building is located on the corner of San Felipe and Augusta (Agusta as some people spell it) and is a multi tenant building with 46 floors and a basement where there is a small restaurant that closes around 2:00 p.m. I believe. Also in the basement is a UPS micro space, barber shop and a small convenience store.
Parking can be had by entering any of these two streets. If you do not have contract parking then you will be instructed to take a parking ticket by depressing a button, a ticket will spit out, you take that ticket and an arm will raise for you to enter. Take the ticket with you because you will have to pay at a kiosk before leaving the building to your car.
On the first floor if you bank with Chase you will be happy to know there is a location here right across from security, as you are leaving the pathway to get to your vehicle on the right side of the paying kiosk is a cleaners to drop off your clothing attire.
The security here is VERY friendly, non obtrusive, very helpful and not Nazi attituded (is that a word?)
