3 Stars– Great location and super cheap. Really, how can you beat $ 70 a night(tax and everything). Plenty of motels are more expensive. Location is great. Right between the Washington Corridor(the hot area of Houston right now) and The Heights(old school neighborhood that reminds one of Austin). Clean enough. but pretty dingy over all. Sheets were clean and the TV worked. Parking is plentiful, lit up and on major road — so not much chance of vehicle being broken into. We only slept there and spent our day at the Renaissance Festival. This is not the 4 Seasons, it isn’t even La Quinta. It’s a motel in a killer location. (If you are looking or a nice hotel that you can relax and enjoy the accommodations I recommend Omni Hotel-twice the price)
