i rarely give out one star. but know this…
i called for appliance inspections after the recent floods. $ 125 per appliance. ok, i can get with that. steep, but ok. then he said, there is a $ 125 charge to write up if it was flooded. WTF?
personal opinion… the $ 125 fee should be an all inclusive on the status of the unit. is it really that hard to do a write up? is it that much extra work?
i ended up at justufued appliances, not too far away. still had the $ 125, but gave me awrite up and thorough explaination so i knew what was wrong.
yes, this might be a company wide policy… but just to let you know… there are better folks for inspection of appliance.
never made it in the store… guess i wont buy appliances here either…

Great customer service. JR greeted me when I walked in and stayed with me until I left the store. He was very knowledgeable and helped me find what I needed as well as helped keep me in my budget.
