My family has been going here for years for our various auto needs, and they’re always very quick and helpful. Nice place.

Nice guy when he tells you «I have no idea when your alternator will be on» «we have one mechanic». «My guy is slow». And they have no idea how long it takes them to do these repairs.

I bring my car here for any major service. They are excellent, honest and provide great customer service. It does take a while but you have to realize service is being performed on your car and you don’t want it to be rush! Aaron is very helpful, he has been there for over 20 years!

I can say I trust the individuals doing brake & tire service at this location. So far, they haven’t steered me wrong yet. They had done an excellent job with my tires (done today) and my brake and rotor service (done a few weeks back).

Nice, they are open Sunday and take appointments online. Make a reservation, get a reminder confirmation two days prior, show up on time.
«Sorry we don’t take appointments. Only first come, first serve. The reservation should have been cancelled two days ago.»

The staff attitudes here are mixed. For tires, i dealt with a tall gentleman (Booker?) who was helpful. They didn’t have the tires at that location, but drove on the spot to the woodlands, brought them back and put them on my car. They were ~15 minutes later than the estimate to finish the job later that day, which isn’t bad for this kind of place. Overall, they are fine. I prefer them over the NTB place up the street.

The service techs are not customer oriented. And I don’t have confidence in their skills.
Here is a recent episode:
I brought in my sears battery to have it checked out. I was greeted by the sales associate when I waked in the front door and I was directed to tthe service area on the side of the building.
I went to the service area and waited at the door with my battery. Three employees glanced over in my general direction, but no one came over to acknowledge my presence. Then they all disappeared. I waited 5 minutes and then walked into the service area and flagged down a service tech. He directs me over to the battery tester area. I wait another 10 minutes. When he finally does come over, he complains that I am in the service area and that I needed to be in the waiting room, also he complained he was busy, that I had gotten there late and he was closing up soon. (I arrived at the store at 6:15 PM and they close at 7:00 PM.)
The tech finally tests my battery, and it turned out that my battery was bad. The replacement was free because the battery was still under warranty (it was less than a year old) Unfortunately, I get home and find that the replacement battery was the wrong size for my car. How hard is it to get the correct battery?
