As expected they did not cancel or refund my money. Guess they mentioned that to avoid me demanding the deserved service. I will call up Groupon and see what I can do to fix this. I have never had such a bad experience like this in my life ever :(

I have been calling for 4 days trying to schedule an appointment for detailing, with no luck. I bought a Groupon for this place to use it before this weekend when I needed the car done — but haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone here. They say you have to schedule an appointment first so I don’t want to waste a whole trip going over there just for them to turn me away. Service is terrible so far… hoping Groupon will refund my money.

I am so glad I read the Unilocal reviews and found this hidden gem (literally it is a bit hidden behind a Wendy’s off of Shepherd/​610. From the looks of all the luxury cars that were there, they seem to have a loyal customer base of folks who care about the details. This is definitely my new go to place for car detailing! My car is immaculate, looks as good as it did it when came off the showroom floor 7 years ago. Give Shannon’s a try you will not be sorry. Family run business who takes great pride in what they do. I left a frozen, whole chicken in my car trunk for two weeks while we were out of town. When I returned and opened my car, it was so bad that I thought the car would be totaled. We found Shannon’s and read the wonderful reviews, crossed our fingers, and called. They picked up the car when they said they would, were super nice even though they had to drive it smelling like it did, and had it cleaned in time for us to leave town 48 hours later. They returned it smelling great. They were cheerful and caring. And they charged us FAR less than we ever dreamed they would (I would have given them a kidney; I was shocked at the reasonable price). Highly recommended.

I have been searching for a car detailing business since Zeke’s at 14th and Yale St changed ownership and I have finally found an awesome replacement.
Malcom Shannon and his team did a great job on my SUV and I will most definetly return when it’s detailing time again. The prices here are reasonable and the quality of the work is fantastic. One tip — they take cash or checks — no plastic but don’t let that keep from the supurb job they will do on your car or truck.
