This review is based solely on the customer service. I didn’t get paint the day I went in because I was attempting to color match another brand of paint. They were able to match the color but the girl educated me to the differences in the bases of the paints. If I went with theirs the sheen would me different and most likely noticeable as I was using it for touch up. I appreciate this level of honesty and it leads me to know that I will go back for future paint needs when I’m ready for a change.

Slow service. I’m here at 4 pm and there’s one person available to help the 7 people waiting for service. I know it’s a smaller shop but with the wait time to be helped/check out, in addition to the small selection of product, I’ll never come here again. From now on I’ll drive the extra 15 minutes to Lowe’s. This was a waste of my time

I spent a lot of money at Sherwin Williams throughout the state and I am usually thrilled with service and products. This store is horrible. Rude, unintelligent employees that are not qualified to mix finger paint let alone give advice on product selection, staining techniques or the right material for a given application. 3 trips to this store were all wasted efforts in frustration, disrespect, and pointless aggravation. I open accounts elsewhere for all my Houston projects.

I popped in one day to look for some complementary colors for accents in the house color scheme. I hung out for maybe 15 minutes looking for my current colors and them complementary colors, going back and forth between rows and flipping through card ideas. 3 employees at least behind the counter and no one ever greeted me or offered to help. They weren’t very busy. Their Facebook group color expert was quicker and more responsive. Then, you might only have to step into the store for a few minutes to look for the colors she suggested and then it might be ok that they don’t seem to value your presence.

My hubby and I needed paint to touch up the house. Luckily I have a brilliant memory of what colors we have painted our house. I walked in and asked for the colors I needed. They were able to find all of them but one… oh no! The trim of my house is Roycroft Red, but is it Roycroft Copper Red or Roycroft Adobe Red… I asked to see the color samples to determine which one it is. The clerk told me he did not have color samples of those colors. If you are a paint store how do you not have color samples?! He told me that I needed to go online and look up the colors. I was able to look up the colors on my phone and determine which one was my color. This is a nice and clean paint store. The workers where okay, it took a good 5 minutes before I was greeted and asked if I needed help. It was just A-OK…
