It took me a full day to calm my anger to be able to write a review. Do NOT take your children to this doctor. Wait times are 2 – 3 hours. Everyone was complaining about the wait, and all the children there act NUTS because they are so bored. The place is falling apart. The office staff is incompetent. I still don’t know if my daughter is up to date on vaccines because they never faxed her old pediatrician for her records even though I filled out the form. My daughter’s annual checkup consisted of the doctor checking her ears and throat and asking if she felt ok… that is it. The doctor forgot about us in the room and we waited an extra 40 mins for a nasal flu vaccine that took 5 secs to give bc the doctor told me she forgot to tell the nurse to give it to my daughter… and the nurses never even checked on us. Never ever going back ever again. Stay away!

I dont even want to give this place a star but i have to. The reason I went to this dr. office is because my Obgyn refer us to dr. Kamdar. But It was wrong to go there. when my son was only 3 days old and the reason we were there is because my son have jaundice so we went there to get follow up. First time we went there the nurse took my son’s blood and told me that they will call me the next day for the result. But instead of getting the result of his bilirubin level they want to draw more blood on my son because there wasn’t enough blood. So I went in the afternoon. And once again they told me they will call me for the result. But they didn’t so I called them for it. But the nurse picked up the phone tells me that they don’t give result over the phone and they want me to go to their other location for it(which is on hwy 6) so I went there. The nurses over there told me there’s no reason for me to be there because my son wasn’t their patient. So I explain everything to them and why the reason I was there and the dr. says she actually told the nurse to call me and tell me to go in and they want to draw more blood just so they can see if his level goes down. So on sat. I called the office on hwy 6 for the result and they said that since is saturday the lab wasnt open and then there’s no dr on site that I can talk to. So in my head i was thinking why u guys open. So basically they keep telling me different story so I got so mad that I start crying. And I called my husband and he went to the office and then they told him that they got the result at 10 something in the morning and the dr. there was the one talked to him. So if you love your kids DONOT. I repeat DONOT take your kids to her.

I used this place a few times with my 2 girls. 4yrs and 1yr old. the wait times were not bad, but the first thing I noticed was that the hand sanitizer bottle on the counter was not filled with hand sanitizer. NOPE… just plain old rubbing alcohol. Next time I went my little one opened a cabinet door(which should have been locked) so i ran to her but noticed it was empty??? Why… so i investigated all the drawers, and all were empty! not even a band-aid! then I noticed that the brochure holder was empty too! I just thought WOW this lady is cheap! but when they told me my kid needed 7 shots! I asked why, don’t they come in combo shots? I was told that they do but they didn’t have the combo shot at that time. Bottom line this lady id CHEAP even when your kids suffer she don’t care! I wont be back!

Going in the morning to the office is the best bet. The nurse there is awesome, she checks everything, answers all questions and doesn’t try to shove you out the door. Go in the afternoon/evening and then Dr. Kamdar is there. She has a heavy accent and can be hard to understand, but is also nice. My daughter had thrush and a yeast infection, though, and she didn’t check her yeast infection or for thrush. Just prescribed us medication and shoved us out the door after an hour long wait. We had our appointment at 2:00 pm and didn’t get out until 5:15 pm. It’s a great hospital, it’s awesome with medicare/chip but make sure you have weekday mornings free. Dr. Kamdar also has a 24 hr phone service line that you can call if you need advice/help with your child.
