This place is fairly easy to find and able to handle small or large, personal or business shredding jobs. They will deliver containers and pick up your contents to be shredded and/or you can drop off at their offices. When I first called, the customer service rep was helpful except she couldn’t(more like wouldn’t) tell me how to find them. When I questioned her on this she said she wouldn’t want to be responsible if I got lost. What??? Just when you think you’ve heard it all. She said, «You just need to use your GPS.» I’m cool with that and would have used my GPS anyway, but now I am curious, so I asked her if she was working from a remote location, like a lot of customer service reps or was she actually sitting in the office at the location to which I would be traveling? She stated she was in the office. I just said«okay, just curious«and I thanked her. When I arrived at the office the gentleman who greeted me at the service window was very nice and very helpful. The guys at the dock that unloaded the boxes were very customer service friendly as well. My shredding was for my office, yet after I left I noticed both the certificate of Shredding and the invoice have my home address listed. For auditing purposes this is not acceptable. This is my fault because I should have read them before I left the property. I will call and have this corrected and emailed to me. So, there were a couple of lessons but the service was good and I would use them again.
