The location was super close to work and is relatively safe. The price range is very good for the location. The staff is helpful, patient, and professional. I felt safe there. Also I pretty much left my apartment for 1 month and thankfully everything was as i left it. I highly recommend this place. The community is older but that is ok especially for the price range.

i love the privacy this apt provides. very clean and quiet place. maintenance is super fast. only problem is parking but its safe at night. love this place highly recommend.

The office staff and maintenance staff are always friendly and fixed work orders within a day or two. Jason the superior is always friendly and helps u out. They r not new but a good price.

Pros:
I have no issue with noise. It is a fairly quiet apartment complex. Family oriented. Parking is ok only if you pay for a carport space which I did. Rent is ok. Nice area of town.
Cons:
Maintenance. I asked them to fix a hole in my wall caused by water leakage about 3 or 4 times (since last year). It finally got fixed. They did not replace the base boards they just painted over them. There was black mold in my son’s bathroom — they painted over that, too. They painted my bathroom for no reason one day. They raise rent every year. The apartments are cute, but they are falling apart. There’s only so much chalking and painting you can do.

Please for the love of all that is good and holy do not waste your time and money at this location. I have had a headache from the first day i moved in. The front office have never heard anything called customer service. They are rude, especially Claudia Rodrigez, who is now the new manager (ugh). They have had a few joke examples of customer service representatives. When you place a work order, sometimes its not submitted to the tech or the techs just go and say its complete and never stepped a foot in your apartment. The buildings are falling apart. And when you report this, they come and paint over it… DUMB DUMB!!! ITS A FOUNDATION ISSUE!!! NOT A PAINT JOB!!! i have lived in plenty of complexes and they will go an extra mile for their residents. My work schedule will not allow me to make it to the office to pick up packages since the office closes at 6pm and opens at 9am. My other apartments will be glad to drop off the package in your residence. NOT THIS LOT!!! I have a lot of things to say about this bunch but im starting to get a bad taste in my mouth just thinking about this place. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE… DONT FALL FOR IT. They will be nice when you walk in to sign the lease. But once they got you, your are trush to them.
