They are just FANTASTIC– privately owned, NO bait and lies like the major advertisers-​shop them and then go to SW Mattress like I did! You will see that THEY ARE FOR REAL!!!

I have been holding on to this for way too long. I would show the pictures if I could. They pulled a Bait and Switch on me with the Mattress. I called them the same day the Bed was set up before the Driver left and told them that they sent the wrong Mattresses. He feed me some BS argued with me yet I have the Recite that shows one Brand and the Mattress is another. The Mattress was too hard for me to Sleep on, he told me to buy some padding. Those Mattresses already needs Replacing. I wanted to put this information on their Facebook but they don’t have one, Wanted to send them an Email it does not work so here I am. Byers Beware.

Updating almost 3 months after buying the mattress. It STILL SUCKS! It’s SO bad that i’m now shopping for yet ANOTHER mattress topper. The first one I bought helped for about a month. Now, it feels like I’m sleeping on coils again. If I would’ve known the «deal» I got on this mattress would be a nightmare, I would’ve forked over more money for a better mattress!

They will go out of their way to help you! I have been working with Jason, the owner’s son for a few days and he has bent over backwards to find the right mattress for my husband and I, at the right price. I highly recommend no matter where you live in Houston to come here for your mattress. They will take really good care of you. I went to 7 other mattress stores because I had a very bad experience to find the right one, and this store surpasses every place in knowledge, and just people that care.

Don’t judge a book by its cover, this place has great beds and great prices. Good customer service, knowledgable staff. Happy with my purchase.
